I have used Fitbits for about ten years. The problem I have with all Fitbits are that the bands are trash and will break out your wrist. The charging interface always sucks and they die after a year or two. I ordered new cloth bands for my Sense one and they fit the two, so when my Sense died one I was able to put one of them on the new tracker. picture with cloth band. I am a potter and the little charging pads on the back get clogged with clay. Any mud will do this and you have to take a tooth pick and dig it out before you can charge it. The charging cord it comes with will stop working in a month or so, all of the after market chargers seem to work fine.

I highly recommend this smart watch for anyone who wants to track their health and fitness. This watch comes with many features and is easy to use. My daughter is able to get her Dexcom notifications as well. I enjoy being able to monitor my heart rate, steps, sleep, activity levels, and many other health features. I can also receive text messages and other notifications. It is easy to use, set up and maintain. The app itself also is easy to navigate. I like the large square face to the watch, helps being able to see things clearly and you can customize it as well. Battery life is very good, the more apps running and customized wall paper i noticed a slight battery extra draw but nothing that causes the function of the watch to become unreliable or in constant charging. Very happy with the purchase.

The watch is beautiful and has a lot of features, but the features does not always work properly. At 30% it is telling you to charge the battery. The on-wrist calls works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't.

I wear this every day and it keeps track of my fitness and heart rate levels. Battery lasts approximately a week and it charges quickly while showering. Timer settings, sleep charts, social media and text alerts, short phones calls, etc, are all easy to use.

Only notable issue is tracking stairs climbed but may be user/arm swinging error.

I bought this after Christmas because it was 30% off. I wanted to track my fitness and heart health without going to the doctor to do so. I loved how it said the battery lasts 6 days (around 4-5 with all the bells and whistles activated with do not disturb on at nighttime) and now just a couple months later, it barely holds a charge for a day. I charged it yesterday morning when it died, woke up this morning to it on 6%. The App Store for this watch is sub par with the bare minimum available. The watch is buggy with unchangeable brightness function when you try and set it. Relies too much on a manually assisted Bluetooth connection for exercise stats and weather (cant maintain or enable a constant connection). I got my gf the model below this at the same time and hers lasts 2-3 days now instead of the 6 as advertised. Show some care to the people that keep you in business and work on these aspects as much as you’re working on newer technology. Disappointed and letting everyone know they’re better off with a Michael kors smart watch. 5 stars so those looking at good reviews see this.
