Multiple Built-in Options
This is a review of: Frigidaire FGGH3047VF 30" Gallery Series Gas Range with 5 Sealed Burners, griddle, True Convection Oven,……….(PLEASE NOTE: I am still not living in my house because of ongoing renovations and have only used my gas range a few times. My evaluation is based on my limited use.) This Frigidaire gas range is quality manufactured. Please be advised my range had an almost invisible protective plastic film covering that wrapped around the outside of the oven door completely covering the interior oven window. The only reason I discovered this was because I thought the inside of the oven window had a scratch on it. Otherwise, I would never have realized the protective film was in the oven interior. I mention this because of numerous reviews commenting on their oven expelling smoke. I followed the manufacturer’s suggestion and turned the oven on at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. There was no smoke or evidence of burn off of any kind. The oven door is much heavier than my previous gas range. The griddle and Air Fry Basket were both included accessories with my purchase. The grates are heavy. ‘Back’ is integrated on one end to ensure correct placement of each grill. Three oven racks are included. There is also an additional designated Air Fry Tray rack. The oven is very spacious and well illuminated. One can easily see through the oven door window to check on food. The bottom drawer is for storage only. I like the red mark on the stove knobs showing the Off position. I checked the oven temperature via an oven thermometer, and my oven is properly calibrated. Because I have never cooked with Air Fry, I’m now experimenting with the Air Fry option. The Convection option baked my Pecan Pie perfectly. The stovetop burners have various output options for different needs. I am using the StoveGuard protective cover which I previously purchased via Amazon. I researched gas ranges on multiple websites for several months reading hundreds of available reviews and questions before choosing this Frigidaire model. Purchasing via Amazon saved me $600+. I did not rate the Easy To Clean category because I have not used it enough to evaluate it properly. I’m happy with my purchase via Amazon and recommend this product. They did hot get hot enough to burn my hands, but definitely noticeable.
