I like that it has cooling (fan, not ac) and heating options as well as the HEPA filtration. Lots of different controls for air speed and temperature. The remote control sits magnetically on the top of the structure. This in combination with my indoor house plants is going to make for clean fresh air all year round when it's too cold to have the windows open.
