Best Purchase Ever!
I have owned this fryer now for two years. Hands down it is the best fryer I’ve ever owned! The easy clean-up makes frying a joy! It takes almost 128 oz (1 gallon) of oil to fill it to the max oil line. The electrical cord attaches to the fryer magnetically. When you are done frying, wait for the oil to cool and then switch the lever on the front to oil filtration. After the oil drains you can leave it in the bottom container until next time or pour it back into the container the oil came in. The oil filtration bin has a cap at the back you unscrew to drain the oil. Pour slowly and hold on to the lid of the oil filtration bin. The only thing that cannot be tossed into the dishwasher is the heating element but that is extremely easy to wash. Actually, everything is so easy to wash it’s amazing! No sticky used oil residue that I had with my last fryer. When everything is clean the fry basket handle folds down and is also removable so it store nicely until next time. If I were to make any improvement to this fryer, I would replace the dial to set the oil temperature with a digital one but I don’t mind the dial.
