    When I received my earpiece and used it for the first time, i could not have been happier. Great sound, great noise cancellation, couple it with the headset for ease of use, I was in love. Sadly now 6 months in, I am out of love. First it would shut of mid conversation repeatedly, after reaching tech support, they stated I may need an update, and sent me the steps to do so, ok, yeah not so much. After multiple attempts for the app to find my device using the cord provided, it updated, now it wont even charge. Tech support has no answers. Guess I am stuck with a dead investment.
