The Sabrent 4TB Rocket 4 PLUS NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 Internal SSD Extreme Performance Solid State Drive (SB-RKT4P-4TB) delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with PCIe Gen4.0 x4 interface.

Based on TLC NAND Flash memory, its performance speeds can reach up to 7100 MB/s (read) and 6600 MB/s (write) when using a PCIe Gen4 motherboard. Using a PCIe Gen3 Motherboard Speeds will reach up to 3400 MB/s (read) and 3000 MB/s (write). Power consumption is much lower than traditional hard drives, making it the best embedded solution for new systems.

The Sabrent 4TB Rocket 4+ Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 Internal SSD was designed using PCIe 4.0 which allows for speeds of up to 7100 MB/s (read) and 6600 MB/s (write), significantly faster than PCIe 3.0.

Note: In order to take advantage of these speeds, a PCIe Gen4 motherboard is REQUIRED. Otherwise, it will be a PCIe gen 3 speed at the max of 3400MB/s.

When installing any NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD directly onto a PCIe Gen4 Motherboard a Heatsink is required to dissipate the heat generated by the drive's extreme speed levels to avoid thermal throttling and maximize performance.

The Sabrent 4TB Rocket 4+ Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 Internal SSD is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0. Using a Gen 3 PCIe motherboard will enable the user to reach speeds of up to 3400 MB/s (read) and 3000 MB/s (write).

I needed to upgrade my desktop and this drive was a well priced option. Installation and cloning of my old drive was a breeze. One note: I did NOT use the free software for cloning as I have a product I have used many times in the past that I prefer. There's nothing wrong with the free one that comes with this drive, it works fine as well. This new drive has been running well and seems faster than my old one. The box it came in was a pleasant surprise. Nicely done!

Upon receiving the Sabrent 2TB Rocket 4 Plus in early December 2023, I was immediately impressed by the well-packaged product. The SSD came in a tin box that was easy to open, yet provided ample protection during shipping. Installation was a breeze, and I appreciated the simplicity of the process, as I didn't need to consult any additional directions beyond my motherboard's manual, which led me to this purchase in the first place. That and another performance SSD Company's issues with drive failures...

Performance-wise, the Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus has lived up to its specifications and exceeded my expectations. Running on a Windows 11 machine with no page file (as I don't use it to reduce SSD wear.), I've noticed a significant improvement in load times for games and virtual machines. They are now faster and more responsive than ever before. In comparison to my previous setup of a RAID 0 array with four 500GB SSDs on a RAID card for buffering, the Rocket 4 Plus puts that configuration to shame with its superior speed and efficiency. I cannot wait to do some video editing on this in the future.

I find the potential for future enhancements exciting. I'm eagerly anticipating the release of motherboards that can support more M.2 drives at full speed. The prospect of configuring this SSD in a RAID 0 cluster, with a controller that unleashes its full potential, is something else I'm looking forward to experiencing.

It's fast. It's slim (single-sided!). It's cool enough. This lives underneath the motherboard's m.2 heat spreader, just in between the CPU socket and GPU slot. It's screaming fast, clocking 7.3GB/s writes, 5.9GB/s reads, and 540KIOPS 4K random read, 670KIOPS 4K random writes (in CDM8.0.2, Q32T1 sequential, Q8T8 random). It doesn't slow down, it doesn't overheat, it does its job.

I love the amazing speed and capacity of this Sabrent 8TB NVME 4 SSD. Any file transfer becomes trivial at these speeds. This is the seventh Sabrent SSD I've purchased and all still work great. Very happy with them. Highly recommended, but keep in mind that these blistering fast drives are often limited by the performance of the rest of your system. I've included the crystal disk mark results for this drive.

La verdad por el precio es bueno para los 4TB, hasta el momento aqui con este vendedor la encontrarás a un precio razonable, en otros lados está bastante cara sobre todo por los impuestos de aduana, no obstante, la velocidad de lectura en ps5 no es los 7000 mb/s que promete, aunque tampoco he visto que con otras marcas rebase los 6500 como western digital o samsung pro, no sé si sea algún problema de ps5 o no hace un buen test, confiaré en que si alcanza la velocidad que uno está pagando.
Te recomiendo que le compres su disipador a parte, el de Sabrent, es más económico que uno genérico, pero de una calidad excepcional, desde el empaque te das cuenta de que compraste algo premium.
La recomiendo ampliamente para tu consola.
