Great Sound and battery life but poor ANC and button track selection.
My Treblab E3 Headphones arrived very quickly. Much thanks. Have used for a week in a number of environments including outdoors and in the gym. Good overall sound quality. I use EQ on phone, boost Bass and drop Treble and they sound right for me, though they could be louder. No issues with pairing and battery life is terrific once charged via the Type C fast charge port. Comfort is good. They sit nice and don't fall, even in gym. They are much heavier and bigger (less convenient) than in ear headphones, but since they don't keep falling they have much better sound.Unfortunately, the pros end there. Now for the cons. Case is good and the ear phones fit well within. See picture. The earphones don't fit in the accessory pocket as you would expect. See pictures. So why is the accessory pocket having a huge gap? See picture. I put the AUX Type C -> 3.5mm cable (supplied with E3's) in the accessory pocket and lost it the first day out. Yes everything falls out of the useless accessory pocket. It badly needs a zipper. The E3's have Active Noise Cancellation. (ANC) It's advertised as: "patented Multi-Function", "the next quality level of silence", "ideal for traveling, working out, or any other crowded place." Sadly my experience proves otherwise. ANC on the E3's barely works. Does remove some low frequency sounds but to be honest one struggles most of the time to hear any difference in the surrounding sound suppression. Passing cars on a busy road for example are still loud and clear with ANC on and even louder again with environmental ANC mode on. Honestly, the passive muffing on the E3's is better than the ANC. This has been a big disappointment for me. I brought and paid more for the E3's to get the supposed good advertised ANC. Simply, if ANC is important then look elsewhere. The ANC has an additional issue too. It's separate button for off/on/environmental mode stays on even when the earphones are off. Why would anyone want to have the ANC on when they are not using the headphones? Seems pointless to have it left on constantly draining the battery until flat. ???Worth noting that the button placement on the E3 is non standard. Single press for volume up and down and long press for next and previous tracks. Sounds standard and good, however, for some strange reason the up volume button when hold down plays the previous track instead of the next track. The volume down button goes up in the playlist by playing the next track. What on earth? Not a deal breaker, but there is no useful reason for this swap. ???The E3's need better ANC to be a recommended consideration at their price point. I paid $88 US which was questionable and high at the time. I note they are now $20 US cheaper. Perhaps, if they drop some more they could be recommended and suitable for those who want great Bluetooth sound and don't need and want good ANC.Have just updated star rating from 3 to 4 stars to reflect the great committed customer service and support Treblab have offered. These guys really stand by their products and are committed to making great products even better.

Let me preface by saying that this is my 3rd pair of over the ear Bluetooth headphones since Christmas 2019. I got the beats solo 3 then the cowin e7 pro and now the treblab e3. Beats are over rated by far! The solo 3 are uncomfortable and sound just ok, for $240 I want awesome! The cowin are highly rated but mine had a very faint ticking and static sound in them after day 2. Both of those pair were returned and I got the treblab. I got a treblab Bluetooth speaker a few months prior and that thing is great. I remembered the speaker sounded great and looked into their headphones and was pleasantly surprised to find that they have highly rated Bluetooth over the ear ones like I was looking for.

Now, these headphones are as advertised! The sound is really good, not the best but not far from it. They have good deep bass but don’t drown out the other sounds you’d want. They are extremely comfortable! They fit my head without having to pull them down to fit around my ears which I really like. I’ve read reviews stating that the buttons are kind of odd but I don’t find that true at all. Honestly I don’t think there is a better pair for the money, they could easily be priced at $200 and be well worth it.

Most importantly is that is all the reviews you will see people talking about their customer service and how good it is. That’s what got me. I genuinely appreciate good customer service and I believe treblab stands by their products and will help you out if you have a problem. That’s all I need to see and I’m very content with my purchase.

I much prefer listening to music through over the ear headphones rather than buds, but the prices for most phones seem way too high to me. These phones provide good sound and comfort for a very reasonable price, and I am happy with them. After a few months, however, I did have one major problem. While I was attempting to put them on, the left side earpiece broke off from the headband, making the phones useless. I contacted support to make a warranty claim, and after quickly going through their verification process, including sending a photo of the phones placed under water (a check against fraudulent claims), the claim was approved and new phones promptly set out. I rate the support team very highly. They said that my problem with the broken plastic was rare, but I have no way of knowing that. I do know that the company stood behind its warranty promptly and professionally.
