I hate the keyboard. I will start with that. It is squished. Perhaps I am just used to a larger laptop - I don't know but getting used to this thing has been a process. I have been typing for more years than computers have been on this earth and typing should not be this hard! But, whatever. I miss the number keyboard. My bad - I did not note its lack when I was ordering. I just assumed - always dangerous - that it would have one. I am an old banker and I am used to typing numbers on the side keys. Again, whatever.

The laptop itself works find for my needs. The touchscreen is sometimes not as responsive as I would like but I don't use this in a tablet like fashion that often so that is not a vital feature for me. Overall I just hope it lasts longer than two years which is what I got out of my last laptop.

Bought this as new because of the decent 4.4 Star rating. However, it appears to be a renewed machine. Due to extremely poor performance, I decided to return it.

While attempting to reset it to factory specs, my very knowledgeable husband found several things indicating this is NOT a brand new PC. Also, it will NOT allow him to wipe the HD clean which needs to be done so that nobody can access my information. He has several Microsoft certifications and has been trying for hours to get this thing to the condition it needs to be in so we can return It.

He got my installed programs off it, finally, but still can’t remove my name as being the account holder. Will have to call Amazon tomorrow.
