This was a gift for my wife who hates most things electronic but she loves her Kindle. She likes the light weight, lighted screen, long battery life and ability to hold many books in her library. The HMI is unique and takes a little time to master. Maybe she likes the simplicity of one button and one plug. I like the fact that our public library has a ton if ebooks available to borrow so I don't have to pay Amazon $11 per book. That's the sweetest part. Not impressed with the Kindle unlimited package. Seems like marketing ploy to offer some books for free but then you have to pay $11 for the others in the series when they're free at the public library.

At first it felt small but after spending a couple hours reading with it, it’s the perfect size. You can hold it at any angle, anywhere and your hands won’t get tired, and you can see it clearly. The software is easy and intuitive to use, I love the Vocabulary Builder feature, and the fact that you can share and view other peoples highlights. Plenty of options for font, page layout and brightness to make reading comfortable for any pair of eyes.

The devise has 8gbs of storage, which is more than enough for all the kindle books you can get your paws on. I have a 39,000 page collection of classic essays and novels that only takes up 48mb! Audible books will definitely take up more space though.

My only gripe would be the price. You could run this software on a $30 phone from Walmart, and it would run it faster and at a better resolution. Amazon has the best E-reader and the best E-book collection anywhere, so they get to charge you $80 and make you pay extra for a wall charger and no ads. Plus the only case you can get is made by Amazon and also over priced. But all gripes aside, it seems to be a very well made product and you should probably get one.
