Customers are dissatisfied with the stability of the headphones. They mention that the right bud is always falling out, the earphone itself slips out of the grommet, and the wings keep falling off. They also say that the fit just doesn't work for them and they'll not stay in their ears.
"...Since the right bud is always falling out or halfway in my ear, I’m constantly pushing it in which activates the touch controls…usually me turning..." Read more

"...The volume controls were fine though but everything else was not so good...." Read more
"...However, these are separate pieces that will come off if you aren't carefully removing them...." Read more
Customers are not satisfied with the fit of the headphones. They mention that the earbuds don't fit very well in their ears and tend to fall out. The case is too large and the bud size is not small. The earphones feel cheap and the plastic they used just has that cheap feel. The biggest con is that the headphones would not stay securely in their ear. The battery is smaller than expected, but still gets three full charges from the case.
"...I found that they were less secure in my ear with those on. With them off, they have been very secure and have not ever fallen out unexpectedly...." Read more
"...But the wings keep falling off and the fit just doesn't work for me...." Read more
"...BIG - the charging case is larger than it needs to be, and the buds aren't small either...." Read more
"...sound quality is good (though I’m no audio technician), and they fit me perfectly once I switched to the larger ear gels...." Read more

I've seen some feedback that the pairing process was difficult. I struggled a little at first too, and the instructions that come with the product are lacking. However, their website has very clear instructions, and after pairing them the first time, I've had no issues since. Now, they automatically pair with my phone as soon as I take them out of the charging case, and I've never had an issue with the individual buds getting out of sync with each other.
The fit has been great as well. I went with the standard rubber ear pieces that were on them when they arrived, and they come with a couple other size options as well. They also come with a "removable stability ear gel," but I removed them. I found that they were less secure in my ear with those on. With them off, they have been very secure and have not ever fallen out unexpectedly. They're also very comfortable and do not hurt my ears after extended use.
I have listened to music with them, and it sounds find to me. However, I don't have any experience evaluating sound quality and won't pretend to tell you how I think they perform on treble, bass, etc.. Functionally, they work, and that's enough for me.
Battery life hasn’t been an issue for me, and the Bluetooth range is great for my needs. I really enjoy the touch controls built into the earbuds, and they’re pretty easy to get the hang of. It’s nice that I can still pause my music, turn the volume up or down, and skip songs while my phone is in another room (or just in my pocket).
Honestly, just the simple fact of not having to deal with the wires that are part of basic earbuds was probably the biggest thing for me. I’d been dealing with them for years and had gotten used to dealing with the hassle, but going wireless is so much nicer. I can just take them out and pop them in their case in a matter of seconds, which makes wrapping up wired earbuds feel like a rather long experience in comparison. I guess this is a bonus of pretty much any pair of wireless earbuds, but it’s still a difference that I think is hard to appreciate until you’ve experienced it.
CONS
The issues are pairing which can be very frustrating. You will try to connect to the device and sometimes you will only hear from the right ear. I’d reset it, and still, only hearing from the right ear. I also had disconnection problems. I am a very active person, so I used these to work out and run other than studying and doing things around the house. Sadly enough, many times the connection was so bad, I couldn’t put my phone in my pocket without it start cutting off and disconnecting the song. Lastly, the sound quality on these headphones were ok to not so great. I listen to a lot of Hip Hop/Rap when I work out, and when the base dropped, it almost sounded like a static tv. Not even exaggerating. The device could not keep up with my sound expectations, and I moved on to better things after I returned this headpiece.
PROS
The fit on my ear was really good, and rarely did I need to give the earpiece a little push for it to go back in my ear. Once or twice a full workout.
The device’s battery life was it’s best feature. I did not have any problems with it, and it lasted as long as the box said it would.
The look of the Indy is fabulous, and I honestly think they look cooler than the Airpods. The matte black is so pleasuring, I just wish the technical expectations lived up to its looks.
Touch controls are really easy to learn and simple. You can pause, play, skip, and rewind. Everything I needed.
