Great controller...but
So I decided to pick up a new controller because my original one (came with console on launch day) is beaten down and the R2 trigger is barely working anymore and the usb Cable to charge it is falling apart (wires are exposed). So I just got my crystal clear DualShock in today and it’s perfect only reason I am giving just a 4 star rating is it seems I have overlooked is it doesn’t come with the USB cable. And my old cable doesn’t charge anymore. But other than that great controller sure it will last me a few years of wear N’ Tear.

Wasn't expecting anything too fantastic, but was pleasantly surprised when I got to see it in person. Pretty cool to see the inner workings in action during use and I receive comments on it all the time. Only thing was that I was hoping the import and/or newer color option would mean it was a later generation, but the SN on the one I received still begins with a "1".

When it first came in it worked fine. Recieved in April 2020 and now in August 2020 the buttons and joysticks are hardly responding and sometimes will continue to use a certain button when it's not being touched. Example, right joystick to move camera, I touch it slightly to move a bit and next thing I know ive done two whole circles despite joystick sitting in rest location. I dont know what the issue is but I'm not happy at all. No damage done at all to controller besides a small cut in the plastic shell. Pictured.

クリスタルカラーが発売されるのを知りすごく楽しみにしていました。

手にとって見ると適度なクリア感が上品にも感じられ、とても綺麗です。

グリップ部分などはわりと透明度が抑えられたクリアなのですが、十字キーと4つのボタン周辺部分はかなり透明度が強くなっていて、
内部がよく透けて見えます。

背面部分やライトバー部分はクリアではなくホワイトになっています。
当初はこの部分もクリア仕様ならいいのにと感じていましたが、
これはこれで私の所有しているホワイトのPS4とすごくマッチしているので気に入りました。

コントローラーとしての性能に関してはしっかりとしたグリップ感と便利なタッチパッド、見た目にも美しいライトバーなどこれまでのゲーム機のコントローラーの中でも最も好きです。

R2、L2ボタンが壊れやすいとの意見が見られますが、私は壊れたことはないので、やはり扱い方の違いや個体差もあるのかもしれません。

デュアルショック3のクリスタルは限定商品でしたが、これは定番カラーとなるようなので品薄で入手困難とはなりにくいと思います。

見た目が綺麗なので観賞用としても持っていたくなりますね。
