This is a very versatile back pack that can serve multiple purposes. It is big enough to carry school essentials. It has several pockets including one of each side for water bottles.
The only problem I have is this bag has to be washed very frequently as it attracts dirt and absorbs sweat. Also, I have had to sew back the front zipper twice thus far. That may be because my son man handles the bag.
Overall, it's a good buy.

Pros: Nice and slim backpack, packs everything I need and the included USB Port is a nice little feature. Inside the main compartment of the backpack, there's a slot with a zipper for pencils/pens and other utensils, and in front of that slot, there's another slot that I use to store my calculator. On the front of the backpack, there are 2 more compartments with zippers; a smaller one that I use for spare charging cords, and another bigger one that I store a mousepad, mouse, and my power adapter. At the bottom of the backpack inside of the main compartment, there's a slot to put a portable charger, even with my bulky 22,000mAH portable charger from RAVpower, it fits with ease and you could even put 2 or 3 more in there! You probably could even use the slot for something else too, but in my case, I used it to hold the charger. The backpack is very simplistic which I like, and even with all the folders I have in it, everything fits snug and the backpack is still slim looking, which is nice because I came from a big backpack that was a pain to put on and take off, but this backpack is really nice and easy to take on and off. The backpack comes with a handy slot for a laptop/tablet/notebook with a velcro strap to secure it, which is nice to have. This backpack is also stated to be water resistant, and this has been tested with mine as there was a horrible storm with heavy downpour and my backpack was filled with my laptop and all my schoolwork. The outside of the backpack was soaked, but everything on the inside was nice and dry. I'm very happy with that aspect. The backpack also comes with a little lock which you can lock up a compartment of the backpack. It's a simple 3 cylinder lock that is easy to set up and change if you wanted to, a cool feature but I personally don't need it, maybe only if I'm traveling to a place that I feel like my stuff could get stolen, but I think if someone wants to steal my stuff they will just take the entire backpack itself, so to a point it's kinda useless, and since the lock is cheap, it would be easy to break and access the contents inside. In general, not a big deal.

Cons: The backpack has a slot for a laptop/tablet/notebook, it has a strap to secure it. The only real complaint I have with this backpack is that it states in the title "Fits UNDER 17" Laptop & Notebook". I have a Dell Inspiron 15" Gaming Laptop and I have to take out my water bottle, unzip the backpack all the way, and even then it's a pain to put my laptop in the backpack. I will admit, the laptop isn't thin at all, so if you have a thick laptop, you will have trouble putting the laptop in the backpack. Thankfully, I will be getting a slimmer laptop for school instead of a gaming laptop, since I have a gaming desktop at home, I don't need a bulky gaming laptop just for schoolwork. I've tried putting a thinner laptop in the backpack and it fits just fine, so this won't be a problem for me in the future. I would've been nice though to see the maximum thickness of a laptop that the laptop and fit, but not a big deal in all means.

Conclusion: Overall, this backpack is very good for traveling and school, and it will fit all your necessary needs. The backpack straps are adjustable, and when adjusted correctly, this backpack is very nice to wear and take on and off. The backpack looks great and it's durable. The aspect of a water-resistant backpack is also very nice to have, and this backpack does that just fine. It's also very nice to have an own section for a laptop/tablet/notebook but beware of thickness. I really enjoy having this backpack and I will be using it for many more years to come.

I this bag in 2019 and I still use it! My main goal was to find a college backpack that was waterproof, fits my laptop, and does not get too dirty. This bag ticks all those boxes. My only complaint with this bag is that it is not stretchy and can not fit in too many things with your laptop, I would not recommend it for travelling.
Overall, it is a great bag for college!

So many things to say. Firstly, what caught me off guard is, the zippers are amazingly smooth. Need something real quick? One hand zip, grab, zip. Few short seconds. Only thing I'm not used to is the left sidedness. This bag would be great if you so happen to like carrying your bag on your left shoulder. My previous bag of many years was an over-the-shoulder bag I carried on my right. It's only a tad bit inconvenient at the moment but I'll get used to the switch. And the reason why I say it's a left shoulder preference mainly points to the slant pocket on the bag's front and the pocket behind it that zips close on the left side. You can easily twist your shoulder over and grab with your right hand what you need real quick out of both pockets. You can't do that with the right shoulder. Because of this, I wish there was an option to buy a horizontally flipped version of the backpack. But it doesn't deter from how great of a backpack this is.

Another thing I noticed is the slant pocket is smaller than I thought it was. As shown in their video, Mancro intended it to be a phone holder and it is indeed great for that. The backpack is pretty long. Unless you have very long arms, you won't be able to reach all the way deep down without taking the bag off your shoulders. The shallowness of the slant pocket allows me to reach to its bottom and not let my phone get too out of reach. While I'm on the topic of dimensions, the side pockets are pretty small. Or so I thought at first. Some internal room may have to be compensated but these pockets can fit Gatorade bottles. I think my one biggest dislike about this backpack are the magnetic buttons for the side pockets. I see the buttons being magnetic can be a headache. For one, it's hard to prop open due to the strap being small in size with poor grasp. The strap is also terribly flimsy. You'll probably get good at being able to tear the thing open with force, but I'm afraid the button will break off the fragile strap sooner than later. Thus, I turned the magnetism into a positive: let the button stick to itself on the offside for loose 'n' easy opening and closing. Otherwise if you need the use of sturdy clasps, it's available.

My next note is backwards from what I saw in these straps. The material for the handle and adjustable straps are very thick. Sticking some of my pins on took force. I opted for putting them on the outside body fabric. The backpack has two layers of body fabric. Three if you want to include the four places of padding: back side, inside, bottom side and if your laptop wasn't padded enough already, the medium pocket has a wall of padding too.

The amount of room this backpack has is very promising. It's about the same size as my old bag, but it exceeds in organization points. I can put my laptop and its charger, battery pack, work clothes, 5 subject notebook, 10 pens and pencils, taser, keys, glasses, 200 notecards, 2 phone chargers, 3 bottles, tissues, and still have room for my bulky headphones. Thank goodness for the nicely padded 2 inch wide shoulder straps because the heaviness doesn't lie either. I've yet to even think of what I can do with these adjustable straps. This backpack is so full of potential goodness that I can't believe it's $30.
