First and foremost the laptop works as advertised. Shipping was great within a simple secure package. i can not act like i am not impressed by the condition. Very minmal wear and tear. I've heard some horror stories about refurbished T series Lenovo laptops but I am satisfied so far. This is my first night so we'll see what happens. But if everything goes good I would continue to follow the seller"s company for other products/services.
Update10.15.19: So far it has been pretty functional with no issues with the hardware but the windows update hinders me from using my Bluetooth devices which resulted in me having to revert back to the previous version of Windows 10. I couldn't play a DVD in windows media player which is odd so I had to download another player specific to DVDs. Also I will eventually need to get a new battery for there is a noticeable bulge in the provided battery. I get rather a 5 to 6 hour charge which is fine. My issues are more about the software which has nothing to do with the seller of the refurbished hardware. With that being said still so far so good for the seller of the hardware but Microsoft needs to improve there issues.
Update 11/18/19: I am still pleased with my t440p laptop. This thing is heavy duty.
