All ports worked right out of the box with no bottlenecks from what I can tell. I've got a 4k 60hz TV plugged into the HDMI and a 2k 160hz monitor plugged into the display port. I've connected a usb 3.0 hub with my mouse, keyboard, and capture card. Finally, the ethernet port gives me the same speeds that I'd get if plugged straight into the laptop.
Keep in mind that the cable is extremely short so you may need to get creative with mounting/wire management. For reference, I'm using a Sisyphy Magnetic Thunderbolt adapter and Soundance Laptop stand.
The dock does run a little warm but nothing to be concerned about so far. I'll update my review if it ends up being an issue. If you're looking for a reliable Thunderbolt 3 dock that doesn't break the bank, this is the one for you!

So far it works great while using it with my Razer Blade 15. No compatibility issues after installing the drivers.
However, the cable is incredibly short, soft, and delicate. If the cable is moved or bent in any way whilst connected to your PC, everything starts flickering, cutting in and out, etc. With this being the case, it's difficult to hide the dock at all, and instead just has to hang from wherever it's plugged into out in the open.
Like it or not we live in a dongle world. A lot of us out there use Apple products. One way of looking at this is that Apple has abdicated all responsibility for designing a diverse set of ports for their laptops. No more trying to divine how many of this kind of port or that. We just get usb type c connectors that support thunderbolt and usb. But this means that you and me need to now find ourselves high quality docks and hubs that give us enough ports.
I had originally given this dock a 5 star review. The reason being is that El Gato made a product that did what it claimed to do. You can plug in two monitors, ethernet, and usb and it all works. This is significant because the market is saturated, SATURATED, with garbage that claims to all this but for a fraction of the cost. How much time have you wasted on garbage peripherals? Not much good for you move along. A lot? Pull up a pew and let's cry on each other's shoulders, or complain socially distantly together.
I changed my review to 1 star because the dock overheats when used everyday for 10-12 hours. As the dock heats up my wireless mouse would begin to behave erratically. I switched to a wired mouse to deal with this. As the dock gets even hotter my external monitors begin glitch at random intervals, goes blank clown barf of colors on the screen, and then comes back. Using discrete usb-c to hdmi dongles confirmed that the monitors were fine, but yeah now two of the four ports are for monitors, now throw in charging, mouse, external webcam, usb audio, and ethernet yeah not enough ports. I gotta go buy some property in dongle town.
So I think this dock is great for the road worrier that needs to setup shop for a short period of time. Based on my experience this isn't an every day dock.

Sería sumamente perfecto si soportara Power Deluvery pero por el precio sería mucho pedir.
Only issue is that the Thunderbolt 3 cable is way too short, specially if used on a Desktop (for example an IMac). In that case the dock hangs in the air which is probably not very good for the connection.
