I guess "renewed" devices don't live up to the hype. For a top-of-the-line PC, which is otherwise highly recommended when new, I expected more. It's slow to start up, slow to wake from sleep mode, poor battery life, it overheats constantly, and I'm already experiencing major lag time and windows are already freezing on me! What a major disappointment. Update: I've reached out to them three times about this and they haven't responded at all. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
