This laptop was advertised as new. When I got it it had a virus on it. That wasn't thr only problem the track pad is horrible, you can't even click with your thumb and it's not wide enough. It is also a very soft click. Would not recommend this laptop at all.

I have to say I'm disappointed in this laptop and do not usually write reviews, however in this case I had to for feedback to Acer.

It feels as though Acer released this laptop without it being ready.

1. The speakers are VERY quiet
2. The casing below the mouse pad is very thin. If you have pressure behind the case below the mouse pad, the mouse will not click.

I'm thinking about going back to my HP Spectre

Battery has a lot of problems. When the remaining sixty-seven percent of electricity, (does not use the computer) it took me four hours to put the battery is full. The remaining ninety-five percent capacity batteries, sometimes shows the remaining time nine hours, sometimes display can be used more than two hours. No matter whether in charging state type c interface to send out the current sound.

This is exactly what I was looking for. This is not a powerhouse but is made for portability if you are looking for something to do video editing or gaming on, look elsewhere.
I have a powerhouse desktop for gaming and photo editing but wanted something sleek for on the go. This feels high quality and well built in the hand, you will be amazed at how light and thin this computer is.
Works perfectly for web coding on the go, emails, web surfing & media consumption.
Fast and responsive along with 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports, this works for me as most of my newer peripherals are USBC or Thunderbolt 3.

PROS:
-Lightweight, thin and portable
-Comes with a leather sleeve that is a perfect fit
-16GB RAM and 512GB hard drive standard
-Gorilla Glass/bezel less touchscreen with amazing clarity
-Comfortable backlit keyboard with surprising amount of travel for being such a thin device
-Responsive wide Gorilla Glass trackpad (All gestures work)
-White finish does not show fingerprints
-Camera can be closed
-Fingerprint scanner
-Good battery life for the size (I get 6-7 hours with my usage, keyboard backlighting off)

CONS:
-Camera is located on the keyboard (Up the Nose shot)
-You Need to use earbuds or headphones as the speakers are clear but very quiet
-A bit pricey
-ACER loads a lot of bloatware on this from the factory (but it is very easy to remove).
I wish laptop manufactures would eliminate the bloatware on their premium devices as the price tag should negate the need to add these.

I only used less than 2 times and I am not able to charge it. also, I used the Amazon US to buy it to Singapore, the acer Singapore told me they were not able to repair it and I had to send It back to us out of my own pocket.
