I bought the Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse. I honestly really liked the mouse. I thought it was cool that there was a magnetic spot to hold the receiver until the receiver came off and got lost. Microsoft thought it would be great to have this expensive mouse come with a UNREPLACEABLE receiver. Because in Bill Gates' world nobody loses anything right? The people at Microsoft said it isn't covered under the warranty because the receiver was lost. They said they are paired to individual receivers at the factory as a "security" reason. Yeah because hijacking of bluetooth mouse devices is a huge problem. Thus my nice expensive mouse is another reminder of why I should quit getting fooled by microsoft products.

I use these for my desktop PC, my laptop PC, my Mac Air, and my Mac Desktop. I have been using them for years and they have been great. I like the form factor and the fact that they lay flat in my bag when travelling. Occasionally the scroll function locks up and I have to straighten the mouse and then bend it again to reset it -- I don't know if that is the mouse or the computer OS. But that is a minor problem that doesn't outweigh the good.

It takes 2 clicks to open an app and if the cursor moves even slightly between the 2 it won’t work. Lowering cursor speed makes it less jittery. Only improvement I’d like would be mouse auto power off after a period of non use.

I was really thinking this would pair without a dongle since my Surface has bluetooth, but I was wrong. The dongle is required.
It takes a little to get used to the shape, but once you do, it's fantastic. Folding flat and automatically turning off is a brilliant design.
One time I brought my Surface to the coffee shop to work on some things and when I realized I forgot my mouse I almost went home for it. That's how much I feel like it speeds up productivity.

Great mouse that fits flat in your pocket. You have to install the Microsoft mouse and keyboard software to customize it, such turning off the scrolling noise. I noticed that the scrolling function sometimes (once every 10 days or so) stops working. I just need to quickly close the mouse flat and open it again a d it starts working again. Works great with my Windows 10 notebook, considering bluetooth is disabled on it, the micro USB dongle is perfect.

I really like this mouse. I just wish it was Bluetooth and did not require the "dongle" for use. I bought it to use with Samsung DeX and it works well for that using a USB Type C hub (Anker). I also wish it had a rechargable battery instead of normal batteries. I love how portable it is, that's the main reason I purchased it anyway, for use as a mobile computing accessory for remote work. Flatten it to shut it down, "Arc" it to power it up - that's actually a very cool feature. I can recommend this mouse if you don't mind that it is not Bluetooth and has normal AAA batteries. The overall design and convenience factors are there, until you accidentally lose the dongle which sticks to the underside of the mouse via a magnet. Just don't lose that and your good. Maybe get rechargable AAA batteries. After a person gets used to the ergonomics of this mouse, it's actually pretty good.
