everything started off fine. It even arrived early. But the problem was in returning the product. The product started showing problems with the store. I finally got around it. I even have problems trying to reset it to factory settings. I had to download refreshing tool from the Microsoft website just so that I could reset the computer to factory settings. Now after returning the product, the seller tells me there's nothing wrong with the computer and charge me a restocking fee of 20%. Just computer was over $1,000. 20% is a lot to charge for a restocking fee for a defective item. Needless to say I will not be doing business with this company ever again.

Artificially slow hard drive and bricked in a month.

Had nothing but issues since we got it. Hard drive is limited to 1-2mb/s without messing with bios. Only had one month and WiFi stopped connecting along with increased lag. Had windows do a fresh install and it barely moves. I've typed this whole comment on my phone after clicking on performance monitor and it has yet to even start loading...
