Disappointed in battery life, quality of videos, mouse trackpad
This is an honest review after using the laptop for about 1 week.Pros: keyboard design, ease of typing, the color and the overall look of the laptop, quiet operation.Cons: Terrible battery life, very much disappointed in this. Poor quality of video playback and it looks like they are playing in SD versus HD. I had a better playback on some of my older PCs and laptops. Also, I am unable to change display settings, see pic. The mouse trackpad feels somewhat awkward to use and I had to buy a wireless mouse which helped with the issue. Also, I am unable to install/use the Remote Desktop app that I need for work. For some reason, I am being prompted to update to the pro version which would cost me an additional $99 to buy.
