As we can see in the image I attached, one of the controller stands is mainly for other products like the Vive Wands where they can just slot right into it. However, for the Knuckles controllers, you will need to hang the controllers from the hand grips using the controller hanging holders. It's sort of loose when you hang them like that, but it works! I guess I cannot complain too much about it but seeing how the title of this product includes "Valve Index" I wanted to be sure this was not false advertising.
The build quality is sturdy and the build process for this is very quick and simple. Just 3-5 minutes of simply pushing and dropping parts into place with the manual (which is mainly just illustrations). Just follow the main picture you see on the product page and you should be fine!
Overall, I would recommend this product, but definitely do not pay the $29 list price, wait until there is a sale which seems to be constant on this product. I typically see attached on the listing a 5-10% off coupon or when I bought this, it was on sale for Prime Day at $20.

It was very easy to assemble, everything just slides/snaps together. That does bring me to why I removed one star though: the some of the pieces I received do not fit together quite perfectly -- not enough to really be an issue, but enough to bring it down from a perfect 5 star (I'd do 4.5 stars if I could).
The stand holds the Rift S headset and the Touch controllers well, and are easy enough to remove when getting ready to use. Feels stable, and although it is very lightweight (it is just a few plastic pieces after all), it distributes the weight of the equipment well and does not feel top-heavy or anything.
One thing I'd highly recommend is applying adhesive putty (like the kind used for hanging posters etc., or could use some museum putty) to several places on the base of the stand. I did this for mine, and it makes it feel more stable and gives me some peace of mind. It also makes it that much easier to remove the headset and controllers from the stand without the stand moving.
All in all, I can certainly recommend this stand and would buy it again if I had to do it over.

It was easy to put together. Just sliding a couple pieces into place. When it didn't have the headset on it, I thought it *felt* kind of weak but when I placed the headset, it held up just fine. No strain on the plastic or anything.
The only complaints that I have, I'm not going to take off stars for, since the manufacturer is truthful about what it is. I only wish that it had a wire management component and that the controller holders for the hanging was oriented the opposite way so that the handle part was angled toward the head strap. But they don't claim to have any wire management and they show the handle orientation in the picture, so that's just a choice of compromise by me, not anything wrong with the product. And since I could only find holders that either had controller holders or wire management, I prefer to have something to keep all the individual pieces together.

While I did have it, it did seem very stable weight distribution-wise. It was pretty easy to assemble. The plastic was your basic plastic, nothing special. There was no protective bits on it, it was all just straight up plastic. I was surprised that it balanced as well as it did considering how light it was. Size was pretty good, doesn't take up too much room.
Since I am using a ceiling mounted system, I just added a zip-tie in between the foam on the head piece and added a zip-tie to that zip-tie to have a little loop that I just hang it on one of the ceiling hooks with. I folded a piece of electrical/vinyl tape and put it in between the zip-tie and head mount to hopefully reduce any wearing/rubbing (see image). It would be convenient to have something sitting at the desk too, maybe in the future I'll look again.

The hangers have a little tab on them to help prevent the controlers from being knocked down by small bumps or nudges.
Assembly is super easy, and it seems to fit together tightly. It doesn't wobble either.
