Product Description
Proudly created with US engineering, the Nature DX 8x42 reveals image detail you won’t find with other beginners’ binoculars. The fully multi-coated lenses provide maximum light transmission through the entire optical path, resulting in brighter, sharper images even in low light conditions. The high-quality BaK-4 prisms are phase-coated to increase the contrast and resolution. Nearby subjects like plants and insects are easy to view with a close focus of just 6.5 feet. These binoculars also allow the pursuit of distant subjects with 8x magnification and 42 mm objective lenses to easily acquire and follow your subject, no matter the distance. The Nature DX 8x42 body has been specifically designed to endure your travels thanks to its lightweight polycarbonate housing, which protects the binocular from damage. The binocular is 100 percent waterproof and purged with nitrogen gas to prevent internal fogging of the lenses in wet conditions. Rubber armor ensures durability, and the twist-up eyecups with multi-stop function allow for proper positioning of the eyes, even for eyeglass wearers! Buy with confidence from Celestron, based in California since 1960. Your purchase is backed by a Limited Lifetime warranty and unlimited access to technical support from our team of US-based experts.

Even though, it's available with affordable price.
The only complaint so far is a minor one. Insidiously gone nut cap.
Overall, these are good binos for the price, especially for low light use.
Update- I tried the Vortex Vulture HD 8x56 and this is what I wrote about them: My interpupillary distance is 34mm for each eye (total is 68mm- I am symmetrical). I cannot readily and comfortably see a binocular field of view no matter with the eyecups screwed in or out, with my nearsighted glasses on or off. If I use my eyebrows as a resting place, I can sometimes hold the binocular view. The positioning of your eyes (in my humble opinion) is TOO CRITICAL to the eyepieces. The construction is solid, very clear and color free through each of the optical paths. The binoculars are relatively heavy, but that is not an issue, they were to be carried in my truck, not as hiking/hunting optics. I might draw the ire of Vortex fans, because these are very well built and superb optics for the price, but they look very suspicious to the build and performance of the Celestron 71334 Nature DX 8x56 Binoculars, which I tried also (difference is the right eye diopter on center post of Vortex, on right eyepiece of Celestron) . I have resign myself to give up on roof prism binocular designs of this size of optics or larger. My friend's Vortex Viper 10x42 suffers none of these problems and are superb.
