    Initially got these, didn't know about digital vs analog, and the mode to switch from a drone to the FPV CAMERA for the Runcam and air unit is pretty buried in the menus. BUT! it works. Amazingly. I can do 300+yds away and it's hd clear.

    I updated the goggles, and had to run the older version of the firmware for the Runcam/air unit combo. U need to download the DJI app on their store, read the instructions and get it all to talk. Man thing is in the menus, find the mode and switch it to fpv not the drone.

    I'm keeping them! They might have been an open box special with a smudge from someone putting them on, but it was all there in packaging.

However, the most disappointing and infuriating aspect is that these glasses, which were supposed to be compatible with DJI FPV, cannot be connected to an FPV drone in the typical manner. I am extremely dissatisfied and wish to initiate a return.

    This DJI FPV experience is impressive.

    The signal lock feels bulletproof. I've had my Crossfire link be questionable before the VTx link started to degrade. Installation (especially with HDV ready FC) is practically plug-n-play. The video quality is unquestionably the best.

    Complaints about the foam are legitimate. I don't know what model they used but the goggles don't fit anyone well out of the box. The strap that comes with the goggles is getting replaced ASAP.

    It's gotten me excited about flying in a new way for the first time in a while. My first day out with a poorly tuned new HD build I was punching gaps in trees I wouldn't even have been able to see on analog.

    going from analog to these is like switching from 80's tv with rabbit ears to a modern hd tv. the clarity is amazing. there is no video out that is why it only got 4 stars. Awesome range with the ability to see scraggle and detail not really possible from analog. they are a bit expensive but worth every penny IMHO.

    The image is excellent for LCD and extremely large. It's like looking at the big screen using these goggles.
    I'm using these with a Vista and Nebula Pro camera and the image is incredible coming from analogue FPV goggles. I love just looking at things while flying again. You're in for a treat!

    I have not yet tested the range as I suspect I'll need to upgrade the antennas on the goggles to match polarity with the vista before I venture out further. The V2 goggles ship with linear polarized antennae and are mismatched with all of the air units and vistas for those unaware.

    I should deduct a half point for the foam face padding that comes stock with the goggles. It's ill-fitting and had terrible light leaks on both sides no matter how I positioned it. I bought the "aftermarket" sponge foam padding that DJI conveniently sells that's so much better a fit that it's transformative. The goggles are now comfortable for extended wear and there's zero light leak. They should be the default option instead of DJI milking us for a few more dollars. As it is, just budget $20 to pick one up (DJI FPV Goggles Sponge Foam Padding) and you'll thank me later.

    Al giorno d'oggi per chi vola in FPV gli occhiali della dji risultano essere davvero un assaggio del futuro, tuttavia, nonostante il pregio della qualità visiva incomparabile c'è da dire che invece il lato software è piuttosto scarno e basico, di fatto non fornisce piene compatibilità, non ha un sistema aperto e soprattutto è pieno di bug e di sistemi di configurazione misteriosi che si conoscono solo per sentito dire, come se fosse un prodotto il cui manuale d'uso completo fosse destinato a persone "scelte", inoltre non usate le antenne originali, sono LHCP e quindi richiedono antenne con tale polarizzazione con la conseguenza che si è creato un mercato apparte solo per antenne "dji" anche se di fatto non offrono alcun vantaggio reale, usate invece antenne accordate a dovere. Metto 5 stelle perché nonostante i grossi difetti sono il miglior sistema di trasmissione video esistenti, ad un prezzo studiato a tavolino, il massimo comparabile con il miglior sistema analogico.
