I've been riding for a long time and been through more than my fair share of bike shorts. I've got some Pearl Izumi bibs and Descent shorts I've had for going on 15 years that have been my tests for all others. When I saw these for under $25 I was really curious as to how good they could be. I am completely surprised. First time out, I barely even noticed them (not what you expect when switching shorts). The padding is good, thick and well placed, the seams are essentially invisible, and while they appear to be "short" in the legs when they come out of the package, once you put them on, they are spot on. Sizing was excellent, as well. I've only had them for a little while and have only put a dozen rides on them, so not able to comment on durability/longevity, but am seriously considering buying a couple more pairs. At this price, they hard to beat. If wear bike shorts, get these, and if you've never worn them before but are contemplating a pair, these are well worth the money.

I ride twice a week 20-40 miles and increasing on a hard Chinese plastic saddle. Shorts/bibs with more panels fit better than others. These were great.
The fabric is super stretchy and breathes well. The stitching is strong and they have remained durable after a few months of riding as well as tumble air drying in a rush several times over(works but not the correct way, I know). The leg grips stay in place and had good compression but not too tight. The waistband is flat and not uncomfortable. The chamois is thick and I was not sore so could ride more frequently as well as farther. Would not hesitate to do 50 miles or so in these.
As for fit, if you are stereotypical slender/tall build you could get away with a size up on the chart. If you’re a guy who has a problem with waistbands rolling down, order a size down.

So I'll give you a direct comparo to my Zoics.

Size: Order a size up from your normal underwear size. I wear a medium boxer brief and a medium in the zoics. The large in these fit almost exactly the same. I'd say they were a smidge bigger than the zoics through the hips and waist, and spot on through the legs. Still a very good fit. Ref: I'm 5'10 175 33-34" waste atheletic build

Quality/Design: Initial quality was great. Material is a bit on the thin side, but exhibited no signs of tearing or deformation when I stretched and yanked. Seams were all solid and no big issues with loose threads. Grippers at the edge of the legs were a nice feature and I appreciate the wider flatter area vs. the more rubber band approach of the zoics. I would have preferred a proper elastic waistband, but the 'encased' one here functions just fine. The overall pad is similar in size and thickness to the zoics and others I have, only difference was the 2 bumps section for the butt which were almost twice a thick(others on here have complained about thickness and this is what they are talking about). Some might be turned off by the thickness, but its only in those 2 sections and its still not what I would call super excessive. The main part of the pad between the legs is of a similar thickness and width so not a big difference in the diaper effect.

Overall I'm 100% happy with my purchase and feel for the money these were a great choice. I am thinking these will probably wear out a tad faster based on their material choice(mesh type stretch fabric tends to hold shape longer vs. this material), but again for the money I don't see that as a negative as I generally cycle(no pun intended) through the underliners every 1-2 years anyways.

I think the fit is best described as a loose jammer(swimmers will understnd) with a bit of a diaper complex.

The material and overall quality is very good, but the sizing chart is completely off. If you are buying it, make sure to order 1-2 sizes smaller depending on your structure.

Edit: Seller contacted me directly and they offered a full refund. I updated the review to 5 stars because I haven't had any issues with the product other then the sizing chart, hence it's a 5 star product and now they just need to fix their fitting chart.
