I grabbed this to replace my parent's old TV with something they could watch netflix on. I was happy surprised by the google home options that allowed me to connect all my steaming services to google home, and then pushed out to the TV.
Picture and sound quality are great for the price, its not earth shattering but as long as you don't need 8k or what ever they are upto now, it seems like a great smart TV.

This is the first UHD TV that I have ever owned and the gain over 4K alone is impressive. Images are sharper and more like you are there. UI is simple enough. Just make sure you know your Google email address and password before you start. Sound quality is so excellent that I see no reason for external speakers. I was concerned that being in direct morning sunlight might wash it out. No longer worried about that.

I have an Android phone, so most of the setup was directly from my phone and very intuitive and easy. Easy. Well worth it, I don't know if you'll have quite as easy of a time with an iPhone but Even then it should be quite simple. I much prefer this to the Amazon UI.
