Customers have mixed opinions about the quality of the headphones. Some mention that the sound is very good, comparable to Galaxy buds, with good build quality. They say that they've taken the hits well, with no signs of damage or issues. However, others say that the case is flimsy and made of cheap plastic.

Customers are mixed about the sound quality of the headphones. Some mention that the sound is always great from Razer products, the earbuds handle very well the bass, and the high-pitched sounds. Overall, the tone quality is superior, and Paul's bass is very present but not overpowering. However, others say that it's just too loud for them, the overall audio quality is pretty bad, and that it picks up a little ambient noise.

Customers are mixed about the battery life of the headphones. Some mention that it has decent battery life for music and calls, while others say that it lasts quite a bit longer. The earbuds have around four hours of runtime. However, some customers say that they can find better due to the poor battery life. They say that the left ear buds said low battery after about 30 minutes of use, and the right ear bud would not hold a charge. Customers also mention that there's no real way to really tell battery life outside syncing to your phone when out of the case. They also say that there is a delay that makes them hard to use for fast paced action games, and that it lags.

Customers are mixed about the fit of the headphones. Some mention that they fit snugly enough, while others say that they don't fit very well in their ears. The earphones itself fit snug and don' t randomly slip out, while running. Likes:
The sound's pretty good. The earbuds handle very well the bass and the high-pitched sounds.
The EARBUDS material feels OK. They have a touch button where the Razer logo lies, so it's a touch command device, not the tap command the AirPods offer. The user manual of the product tells you specifically how to press the touch sensor, and for how long for what command to send. 1 second hold touch means play/stop. 2 quick ones for next song and 3 for previous song. They have commands for answering calls and voice assistance. I don't need to cover them here.
They are comfortable in your ears. The rubber sleeves feel good too, and they fit well on the case when stored with them on.
All in all, good for the price. I would suggest Razer to upgrade the main dislike I'm sure everyone is going to talk about, and come up with a newer version for $99.99, and make this version $69.99 permanently.
Dislikes:
The one dislike everyone is going to talk about: The plastic material of the CASE feels CHEAP. It may not be, or it may even be just as cheap as it needs to be, but it would be nice to feel "Razer's quality seal" from the very first touch of the case. Knowing it's a Razer product, and the effort the company puts on their products, it is almost a mandatory thing from us, the clients, to them. I know they can do better. I'd love to see the newer version of this product compete with the quality and premium plastic material from the AirPods. Doing that, I know most of the customers will be completely fine paying $99.99 for the product, or even a little more. I personally loved them.
Also... with the feeling of cheap material comes a thought of "I know for sure if I twist the top part of the case while open I'm gonna absolutely obliterate them". So... don't. Just buy a rubber case thingy for the case. It's mandatory. If they ever fall to the floor or something you're gonna regret not having one. Other than that, the case is fine. Razer is so well thought on their products they even designed the case in a way such that when you take the LEFT earbud, you take it from the RIGHT side of the case so you don't have to maneuver the thing when going into your ears. You're gonna get it when you have them. Pretty smart design. Thumbs up for that.
Other minor dislikes:
The touch button is sensitive... I mean, it's supposed to be that way, but when dealing with the earbuds the first time, you're gonna touch it by mistake and pause your music, or play it, or something. You're gonna learn to grab them by the long... stick? hey have on the bottom side. Or grab them CAREFULLY by the outside of part of the button, or something.
And that's it. You're gonna like them.
I've got some Razer products now, and they're all good. This one is not different. I gave 5 stars overall despite the case detail because I want you to feel confident when buying these. They' great. They even have a "gaming mode" which I haven't tested, but and I'm sure real competitive gamers are gonna find useful.
Less than 8 minutes later (after a few charge cycles I started a timer) the charge had dropped to 50% and was continuing to fall. About 10% loss every minute and a half to two minutes...
So, I initiated a return and got a replacement pair.
The replacement pair of buds wouldn't charge at all. Case was fully charged, the buds were securely seated to their contacts.
Aside from these issues, when the first pair had a charge, they sounded decent, and the low latency "gaming" mode really worked well. I only used it on videos, but it was nice to hear the words that were on people's lips instead of hearing them half a second later.
That was the only real plus side to them.
Pros:
Sounds pretty decent, not fantastic, but unless you're a hardcore audiophile, they sound good.
Low latency mode was solid.
Touch controls worked well enough.
The cons are numerous and weird:
The ANC function is limited because the ear buds don't sit in your ears tightly.
The ear buds themselves have no indicator lights. There's no way to tell if they are charging, charged, or connected. The last one isn't a big deal, but confirming they ARE charging is important.
The case is... Stupid. You put the right ear bud into the left slot, the left bud into the right slot. I have no idea why a "cross body holster" style was chosen.
Coming back to the touch controls - you can answer calls, switch tracks backwards and forwards, summon the virtual assistant, power on and off. Even switch latency modes! But you can't adjust the volume with touch controls. The whole point of Bluetooth devices is to be separate from the paired device...
I've read that razer is phasing these out for 2nd gen models and folks are getting recycled dud pairs. Having gotten 2 sets that both failed... I can see that being an issue.
I was really looking forward to using these headphones. Absolute disappointment.

Pros:

Very easy to pair with my One plus 6t and iphone 6s. The razer app for the earphones also has the tutorial to get hold of the touch features of the piece. Sound quality is good too which stands between treble and bass.
Easy to carry around with the compact charging/carry box. On one charge i got around 4-5 hours. And could do atleast 3 full charges with one charge of the case.
Latency is close to none, I've used couple of wireless earphones and this has the least latency with gaming and watching videos.
Overall a great product from razer.
