RAM issues, have tried two different kits that should have been compatible but it refuses to boot with them. Other than that works fine with factory RAM 90% of the time and is great for a variety of uses.

It is a powerful and great laptop for playing games. The fan is loud when playing games, but the temperature is acceptable.
