I've been on the market for a pair of true wireless for a while and have been very close to purchasing the Jabra Active 65t; but, the constant complaint of connectivity between the earbuds have scared me away. I usually forget to charge my current headsets and get very upset when I get to the gym and realize I am without music. Therefore, I wanted a pair of earbuds that can play for at least 4 to 5 hours and with a charging case capable of adding an additional 20+ hours. The earbuds I wanted needed to have excellent sound, deep bass, well-defined highs, and warm mids. I also wanted a good volume and power. Most importantly they needed to be rugged, strong, water and sweat resistant, and comfortable to use. These Under Armour Flash earbuds meet all of my requirements. They have a metal casing and truly they look like something I don't mind throwing on my gym bag, and yet they sound amazing. They do not have a volume control, so you need to set the volume using your device; however, I don't mind doing this. In fact, I believe the fewer controls in the earbuds means fewer things to stuff in these tiny devices, leaving more space for what really counts - The sound drivers and battery.

When I first tried them I was very disappointed with the sound volume. I could not believe JBL would produce earbuds that sounded so weak. I began troubleshooting and the first thing I did was connect them to my computer and then I hear what these buds really sounded like, AMAZING!!!. It turned out that the Samsung Galaxy S8 has a known problem with some of the newer Bluetooth devices where it reproduces sound with an extremely low volume. One site I visited suggested that going to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Advance and turning On Volume Media Sync fixes the problem, and IT DID!!!.

The product is amazing! I always use it when I go out for a jog or for working out in general, it’s definitely sweat-proof, the treble is incredible but the bass could use a bit more of improvement, the tune-out feature is so convenient, I don’t have to take off the earbuds just to have a small conversation, all I have to do is press the button once on the left ear and it tunes down the music so you can hear your surroundings (also a bonus when you’re in public and you need to observe around), it’s absolutely durable, and the best thing is it lasts all day long. One thing I’m not a big fan of is the weight it puts on the ears, the earbuds are a tad bit heavy but not a big deal to fuss over. Overall an amazing product, would recommend anyone buying it if they do any kind of sports or workouts!

Good quality and value for the price
Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2022
So we bought this pair for my son, with special needs after I purchased a pair and seemed to like them. Soon after his earbuds arrived, we started having problems. But we thought we could work through the issues and figure out what might be the problem. After numerous manual reads, online forum explores, and other methods of trying to relieve electronic gremlins, we gave up! We have no idea what the problem may be. Soon after the problem with his started, the ones I purchased from Best Buy in our local store started doing the same exact thing, knowing that the problem would be tricky. I tried again to locate a fix, youtube, forums, and manuals with no luck whatsoever. I even contacted our seller for a possible warranty and was answered with a no warranty possibility, even though we paid 125.00 ish dollars and they were less than six months old and had never left our home or been dropped or abused. I do not have a solution or a fix, sorry. I will tell you these, earbuds are problematic from my research and experience. And I would avoid amazon sellers for this product since I think they know that they have a troubled piece of technology. We have stopped using them all together and explored new manufacturers and so far have much better luck and customer service. With some other online retailers.

5.0 out of 5 stars READ MY 3 UPDATES now: BEST ear buds I ever had. . VERY LOUD N CLEAR !!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
Reviewed in Canada on October 10, 2020
3rd -UPDATE HAD THESE SINCE OCTOBER 2020 and it’s APRIL 13th-2021. I USE ON A DAILY BASIS AND STILL GOING STRONG AS THE DAY I BOUGHT THEM. I WISH THEY WERE THIS CHEAP $110 AS I PAID $149. EITHER WAY I DID BUY A EXTRA SET JUST IN CASE. IM STILL A HAPPY CUSTOMER. ALSO I USE THE RIGHT SIDE FOR CALLS QUITE OFTEN. I KEEP THEM CHARGED ALWAYS MORE THEN 20% AND CHARGE THE CASE EVERY TIME IT HAS 2 lights left ON. HOPE THIS HELPS. BUY A SET AT THIS PRICE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. I DID BUY GHE JBL VERSION THAT WERE IDENTICAL BUT A LOT CHEAPER AND WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THEM AND RETURNED THEM. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE THE SAME AS JBL MAKES THEM AND THEY LOOK THE SAME. BTW PAY FOR THE EXTRA WARRANTY,EVEN IF YOU DON’T USE IT ITS WOTH THE PIECE OF MIND. 3 OF US NOW OWN THESE AND NONE OF US HAVE ANY ISSUES. 2nd- UPDATE: I can’t believe all the crappy reviews on here. Like did I get some super set??? I’ve had them for 2 months now and they’re still going strong. I use my iPhone 6s and they are loud and clear. My Gf really likes them too so I’m going to buy her a set for Xmas. Now maybe some people didn’t hook them up right and that’s why issues exist.Or maybe got a bad set but either way I’m being very truthful. I took the RIGHT SIDE ear bud out of the charger and paired only right side to my phone, then once that was complete I pulled the LEFT one out of charging case and it automatically pairs to the right one. Now if you pair the left one to your phone instead of the RIGHT SIDE you will have issues or if you pair both to your phone as well there will be conflict issues. I have had issues in the past making this mistake. So please try this and I’m hopeful that they will be fine. Hope this works for some people.
    END OF UPDATE.....
I love these in ear headphones they are the best I've heard so far and I have owned a lot of different ones from brand name to cheepos. Sound is amazingly good. It takes a bit to figure out how they operate because its all touch L ear button once to do this and touch R button 2x to do that but its only like 5 commands to remember. You have 3 settings of volume one is quiet so you can hear and talk to somebody and then ambient noise setting which is a bit louder then the first one then finally you have the volume that you set on your music device. Don't worry they are plenty loud for the music lovers like myself and I love it loud n clear. I highly recommended this product. This is the cheapest price I have found for them.
    1st UPDATE:
I have used these for about a month now and they still work awesomely. I’ve used them for countless phone calls and the person on the other end hears me perfectly as well as I hear them. Usually the volume sucks on all other wireless ones that I’ve previously owned and people keep asking me to repeat myself. With these I haven’t had one complaint. They also stay in my ear without falling out. They are a bit expensive but.... bang for buck if they last then I will have zero to complain about since other okay ones cost $50-100 and break down or aren’t loud enough. My overall experience is great!!! 5 star plus I’d say. When these are on sale it’s a great deal.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great sound but inferior product that was meant for non Australian market
Reviewed in Australia on September 15, 2020
Absolutely surprised to see the inferior case as this was a replacement pair that I had previously purchased at JOB HIFI here in Australia. The original purchase had a solid case and was sturdy. This one was very 2nd rate, hard to place the earbuds in and the voice command was heavily accented, possibly for an Asian market. So yes I was surprised that I was getting the product for a good 40AUD cheaper but I understood why when it arrived. Better to go to JB HIFI for a better deal on this one. HOWEVER - the sound was awesome, if you have the original case and you are just replacing the buds due to a loss - then by all means get this one.

I’ve bought about 6 different kinds of ear phones at varying price ranges; and this is by far the best. The fit is great it doesn’t slip out or move even during high impact workouts. It has very nice sound quality, good base and is excellent at sound cancellation. Overall it’s the best wireless earbuds I’ve bought so far.
