Upon further investigation, there is an awful design flaw in the support structure of the backrest. Why there would be a joint there makes no sense. If there was ever a weld it was as pitiful as the design choice.

The cushioning is terrible. Had the chair half a year now, since the day I got it there has been a screw or some pointy object sticking up through the cushion. I would get it if the chair wore in over time to that point but the padding was so thin even on day one, and I’m not big, only 160lbs so it wasn’t from excessive weight or anything. Wish I spent the extra $100 or so and gotten a good quality brand. This was a total loss, it was time to upgrade because my prior chair was wearing down but even still the padding was thicker than this (wish I hadn’t gotten rid of it before this came in 😭)

Great chair overall sadly mines came with a chipped side kinda eye sore doesn’t seem new however easy to assemble
