I like the distance to front-center-back function, and I am using the scoring with stats feature. Those were the functions I most wanted. And I can't play golf with a watch on, so this unit was the best choice for me.The manual is just OK, they leave out some pretty useful information in my view. For example, they never explain how to get back to the distance to green page after you use moving the pin, measure a shot, layup/dogleg - I assume it's the back button, but I did that once last week and somehow missed the screens to enter scoring data for that hole (had to enter manually on Garmin Connect when I got home). And if you get off a hole while playing, I'm not sure how to get back to the right hole and resume distance info. I assume the up down keys and then OK, but not sure if that worked or not.And the Amazon page clearly shows a G10 screen with yards for Driver, 5-iron, Sand Wedge - 2nd image on my page. I have no idea how to get to that info, it's not in either manual that I can find and I haven't seen it on my G10.And finally, Garmin Connect is a little unintuitive. And it would be helpful to know where scorecards are stored - on the G10 (and only the last scorecard is kept) or are all of them on my PC thru Connect? But all in all, it does what I most wanted from the unit, so I give it 4 stars though it would seemingly have been easy to make it a 5 star device.
