I absolutely love this product. It makes every exercise feel completely different because of the grip and the lever aspects.. it works great for any exercise you can possibly imagine doing .
I tried using it for sumo deadlifts with a 100lbs dB and it worked great.
Other than that, I used it for overhead presses, squats, floor press, rows, carried etc
Options are limitless
Highly highly recommended !
Some tips that anyone can put into practice to help manage hectic days. Lean In was written by elites with too much money and free time. This is not pure productivity, more like !lessons learned and practical tips. Keep reading, keep sharing. If you read a book that you are not a big fan of, then consider not leaving a review. No one should write a negative review that is false. Just my note on the comment of "a way for the author to push feminism and complain." if you are tired of doing what everyone expects, with zero time left for you, read or listen to this book.
