Great, but be ready to Solder in 2 years
Like many other reviewers my unit failed after 2 years; it works pretty great when it's working so I wanted to keep it around (and I didn't want to add stuff to the landfill). When yours breaks be sure to watch the youtube video "Levoit Air Purifier Power Supply Repair" by xfireamg to learn how to fix it. You'll need a triangle screwdriver, a phillips screwdriver, and 2 replacement capacitors; like other reviewers I replaced my 25V capacitors with 50V ones (see the After photos to see how nicely snug they fit). You can find the capacitors on Digkey for about a dollar each - my last photo has the capacitor info on it (Description: CAP ALUM 470UF 20% 50V RADIAL, manufacturer product number: EKYB500ELL471MJ30S).In my before photo you can just barely see the capacitors are a little puffy. Even though it was only my second time ever soldering I was able to easily remove the old capacitors. I had my partner solder the new ones on for me and it only took him a couple minutes.Overall, I'm very pleased with my air purifier, even though it failed after a couple years. Since it's wifi capable my partner has integrated it into home assistant for me so I can easily adjust settings from my phone. I definitely noticed the house was a lot dustier during the months it was broken before I bought replacement capacitors.

I barely use this product and only used during pollen seasons for a few weeks due to my allergies. However, after two seasons usage the touch screen panel had stopped responding with all lights turned on on the touch screen panel. I had tried to reset the unit by unplugging it for a period of time and plugging back in. But it never fixed the problem. As I have read the reviews for this product with one star, most of them mentioned the same issue.
I am not sure why this product would receive higher than one star rating. Probably most customers rated when they get the product or after only a few months of usage. I believe they would change the rating if they have waited another two to three years.
As Levoit warranty policy states: two years. In my situation, unfortunately the unit has passed that limit. The worst part is I also purchased two other sets of filters for this machine, which is never used. I never thought that it would stop working just after two seasons of usages.
I contacted Levoit support team and was informed that this unit has been discontinued, which I suspect that the company knows there is a significant number of customers complaint about the same issue. Since Levoit support team would not assist me in any way, my trust for this brand or company has drastically decreased. I would never buy anything from Levoit again. Bad customer service, experience, and product that won’t even last for the amount of money consumers paid for!!! What a scam!!!

I bought this item back in 2020. And it was a perfect air purifier in the beginning. The WIFI function never worked for me even though I tried it many time with my 2.4G network and different devices.Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2023

I really appreciated the prompt courteous service and that they stand behind an excellent product. I would definitely recommend any of their products.
The following is my original review:
Had no trouble registering warranty with Levoit as noted as complaints by a couple other people in their reviews . Also found their customer service very helpful when I emailed them with a couple questions.
We love this Levoit air purifier. It’s super quiet on low. On sleep mod you can’t even hear it but even on full it’s not annoying and I like the ambient noise anyways.
It works well on auto. The sensor picks up smoke from my oven before you can see it.
In the pictures you can see that the red light indicates it picked up mineral in the air from my cool mist humidifier.
The only negative for me would be that I didn’t want the one with wifi and don’t intend to use it that way but they were sold out so I got this one. I prefer to just set it and forget it and don’t need all the tracking that comes with Apps.
