Team-Based Objectives

Teams of heroes do battle across the planet. From protecting the secrets of the mysterious Temple of Anubis, to safely escorting an EMP device through King's Row, the world is your battlefield.

PAYLOAD - The attacking team's objective is to move the payload to a delivery point, while the defenders must halt the attackers' progress until time runs out.

POINT CAPTURE - Two teams battle over control of the map, one team on offense, the other on defense. The attackers' goal is to capture critical objectives, while the defenders must maintain control over them until time runs out.

The character and class based weapon and ability sets are an excellent feature.
There’s a character to fit every persons play style.
I love First person shooters, but for those out there who don’t I have to say that it doesn’t feel like a shooter. If that’s the aspect holding you back, you should give this a shot.

My one star deduction is simply for two reasons. As a Console gamer, I enjoy both online play and local play. This game falls into that group where you must play online with others, and you can’t split screen with a guest. Being able to have a guest player in with you would be a huge improvement.
That being said, I have found my go to game when I have anywhere from a half hour to a weekend by myself with no plan. Super pumped to get into this.

I bought this game back when it came out and thoroughly enjoyed it for several years. Fast forward to 2023, and they decide to release Overwatch 2. That's all well and good. They make Overwatch 2 free to play, ok fine. They make Overwatch 2 not really as good as the first one, whatever. But they have the audacity to completely remove the first game, that I paid for, so that I can't play it anymore, and instead force me to play the new, free to play by the way, game that's not as good. So just to be clear. I bought a game, they removed that game from existence and gave me a game that anyone can play for free. I have to play the free game with the old disc inserted of course because that makes a ton of sense. I mean, if I at least got some extra in game currency or access to the battle pass for free for a season or two because I bought the original game with actual money, I might not be as mad as I am, but nah. No thanks Blizzard.

Game was great however do not buyt it used, i recieved the game and it appeared to have 2 melted spots on it near the center, it dosnt really affect gameplay but i do have to eject the disc and put it back in the xbox a few times to get it to work, the thing that made this a 3 star review however was the 10 lootbox card that came with the game, it was used and would have been fine if they didnt put it in the case, i probly never wouldve even known about it but i got my hopes up and tried to enter it and it didnt work. The game itself is alot of fun however, ive really enjoyed smashing squishys with my big metal hammer
