I purchased the S20 5g phone and it arrived late last week. I have been getting familiar with it and all of the various controls and settings. I found many helpful YouTube videos from tech folks to help with everything related. After having a few days to try it out, I am pleased with the S20 5g. I went from a Samsung S3 to the S20 5g, and it's a quantum leap in time and technological advancements. With the S20 I am able to use so many applications I had been missing out on before the upgrade. I am impressed with S20 and would recommend it to anyone interested. There are no issues with the unit thus far. It came from Samsung and was in a factory sealed box. All accessories are included. I hope to get a lot of mileage from this unit and happy I chose this one. Highly recommended. I put 3 stars for facial recognition as I haven't used it yet, and 3 looks neutral. Put 4 for fingerprint reader and battery as I haven't used it long enough to rave a 5 star rating (yet). Thanks!!

All I had to do was put my old sim card in and it worked. 5G works well, the camera is decent, and I've dropped it multiple times in the year since I bought it and have never had any permanent damage since it came with a screen protector already put on. I was hesitant to purchase a phone on Amazon. I had never purchased a non-Amazon electronic product of this magnitude through Amazon prior to this. I was certainly not disappointed. The process from deciding to order to receiving my product, and registering the phone has been seamless. Not only was the price a better deal than direct from Samsung, but the payment plan met my needs better.

Overall, this is just a fantastic phone. I chose this particular model after researching the camera options (surprise, surprise) and finding this was the best performing even among the S20-series. I am an Apple convert who is breaking out of the all mighty Apple ecosystem, and I have been amazed by all the functionality on this phone I didn't know I was missing before. 5/5 would recommend.

I have been wanting a new phone for a while now, as I was running a LG V30 for sometime. Prior to that I had the old Nexus 5, which was a great phone for the day and I loved it then. I originally ordered a Pixel 4XL to replace the LG in hopes it would check the warm & fuzzy boxes like the old Nexus did for me. It didn't (no Ultra-Wide camera was a HUGE mistake!). So I returned it, and researched for a few months. Finally pulled the trigger on the regular S20 (unlocked). Sooooo glad I did. The feel in hand is terrific. It feels smaller in the hand than my LG V30, but you actually have more screen real estate. Just a terrific fit/finish and form factor here. I actually wanted a smaller, one-handed phone for convenience as I take a LOT of photos in my profession (home inspection). It is very fast, and the camera has been great so far. I have pretty much turned off all the Samsung bloatware I could and have it as close to Pure Android as I can, and it is terrific. I can see this being the daily driver for a few years and I recommend giving it a go!

I bought this to replace my US T-Mobile Galaxy S7. Works perfectly as long as your carrier uses a GSM Network (not CDMA). Much less expensive than buying the same phone from your service provider... plus there isn't any of the the extra bloatware that cellular providers add to android (and you can't remove unless you root) on the phones they sell in house.

As for the phone itself. The S20 is very good. Great speed, Great screen, Great Battery life, Lots of storage. Sound is good... Camera is just okay. It's pretty much what you should expect from a current generation phone from a top tier producer.

The package arrived in great condition. But this particular driver didn't take a pic where he left it so, I had no idea where it was. Eventually I found it. I'm happy with the phone itself, it came in like new condition with screen protector still on the phone, including headphones and charger, manuals. This is an Amazon Warehouse deal and I saved over 500 dollars from when the phone was newly released just over a year ago! This is the best way to get a great phone at affordable price! It's a win win, you can't go wrong with such a purchase.

I really loved my Motorola phone because of the mods, including the battery mod that allowed me to go for days without charging. However, like a fool I drop that phone in a pool of water, killing the phone.
Smaller carriers, MINT, Republic, Spectrum will let you BYO your phone if it's compatible with their network. I ended up going with this samsung phone. It is fast, it has great apps, works with alot of great networks, and the battery life is crazy good. Although not as good as my moto phone with the battery pack, I can still go a couple of days without needing to recharge. Overall great snappy phone with excellent battery life
