To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
When I received the xbox, the option to claim the Ultimate Game Pass was not in the setup. Nor could you access it anywhere in settings once the xbox was up and running. All directions in my Amazon software library to claim the pass did not work.
Since December 6th (it is now Dec 30th) I have been calling all parties... Amazon, CitizensOne, and Microsoft. All 3 parties claim no responsibility for the issue. However, I still cannot redeem the game pass.
My first payment is coming due to CitizensOne (who financed the bundle through Amazon), yet I haven't received everything I purchased.
After more than an hour on the phone with Amazon tonight, they are finally escalating the issue. I have yet to see what the outcome will be. They said at least 3 business day... which puts me at almost a month since purchase.
This would be a great deal, but be warned of possible issues redeeming the game pass!!
I ordered the all access on Monday as soon as it came out. When the system got to me Tuesday it did not have all access activated on it. I've gone through 2 days of customer service with both Xbox and Amazon with neither knowing what to do and both saying it's the fault of the other and to try again the next day. System works fine but without the ultimate working I can't do much with it right now till it gets sorted out. For a program that makes you take out a line of credit to get it you would think people would have a better idea of how it works.
