Exactly what I was hoping for!
I’m a woodworker, so I liked the idea of a case with a real wood back. No two pieces of wood look the same so I was a little nervous what the grain pattern would look like, but it’s beautiful. They used a non-glossy stain/finish that looks great, but will probably not protect the wood from scratches like polyurethane or another varnish would. The case itself is harder than I expected. I was thinking it would be rubbery, but it’s more of a plastic-like material. It does have a texture that makes it grippy, which is nice. It fits my phone perfectly, not like some that are a little loose/tight. It’s tricky to put on, but it snaps perfectly into place and is 100% secure. The buttons are all easy to press, and The case overall has a sturdy, safe feel to it. Overall it’s a fantastic case, I would absolutely buy another in the future.

My daughter LOVES this case! Her last one just like it lasted about 2 years and protected her phone beautifully.
