Really frustrating that the product is advertised as compatible with apple car play, apple car play barely works, it causes your apple car play to freeze all the time. The battery life is not that good, would barely charge the phone and the case would be dead. The lightning connector to the phone does not work either, it keeps disconnecting and you have to take the whole case off and reconnect. I am returning mine, used it for three days and had all these issues with it brand new out the box.

I reallllllly loved this case it fit well, charged well, had good power, but unfortunately like other review it stopped working. I bought one and recommended to on of my friends. His died first and I laughed and said bad luck I guess. Behold 1 month later and mine died. Two devices that wouldn't charge. Hopefully, they isolate this issue as we are not the first. I'm not sure if they are generous enough to replace our units as they are out of warranty. I hear they have good customer service so we will see. I do not want a replacement if I will be experiencing the same issue. Yet if they have isolated the problem I certainly would welcome the replacement and revise my review. I currently having to spend more money looking for another case until and if I hear from this vendor. Hope you have better like than we did.
