Ryan Atwood (our new eufy L60) came to us from what we can only assume were the rough streets of chino, where there are manual vacuums at best. When took him in, my wife Kirsten was hesitant, but she’s warming up to Ryan more everyday. He’s helpful and eager as he joins our high society life of robot vacuums smart home accessories (not to mention endless drama—our neighbor Julie just got a eufy on our recommendation). We have a shy awkward Deebot Omni named Seth who lives upstairs, bumping into walls and missing its charger half the time. We are hoping Ryan will take him under his wing and who knows, maybe he will finally get the courage to tell Summer (our smart wall fragrance device) that he’s always loved her. Anyway that’s all for now, I’ve got some important work filing a lawsuit against my wife’s father — long story. If you’re on the fence just get the Eufy L60. It gets into trouble far less than Marissa, and hopefully lasts more than 3 seasons, too!

I have had another robot vacuum for years until it finally wore out and fixing it was not an option. So, after looking at several brands of robot vacuums, I decided to purchase this one. I am so glad I did. This one has some really fantastic features. The first being that you can change the suction power per room. That means that a room with carpet can have a different suction power than the rooms with wood floors. Next, for people with long haired pets, this vacuum will not only empty itself, but it will also clean the rollers and cuts off the hair from the rollers. And for any pet owner that has had to sit and cut the hair off the vacuum roller bar, this is a game changer. The thing to note about using this robot vacuum is that the first time I used it, my carpet was left with giant hair balls all over the floor. I was shocked and upset, so I upped the suction power for the carpets and pulled out the manual vacuum and cleaned the carpet again. The next day, when the robot vacuum was finished, there were even MORE hair balls on the carpet, but smaller in size. Why? My old robot vacuum was not doing the job properly and I didn't notice. These hair balls were old hair that had worked its way into the carpet and my old vacuum was just skimming the top. Not getting down into the carpet. It took a week of daily running to pull all of the hair from out of the carpet. My carpet now looks brighter and really clean. No more hair balls. This vacuum is quieter than my last vacuum, except when it is set on high suction power. Then it is noisy. But as I have continued to use this vacuum, I have been able to lower the suction power for the carpets for 6 days and then run it on full suction power for day 7. And on day 7, I still got no hair balls. There are 5 levels of suction power, and I am now vacuuming the carpets on setting 3 and it works beautifully. This is amazing. Well worth the cost of this unit and I intend to purchase a second one to split the house in half.

This is my first robot vacuum and I'm OBSESSED. I can't believe the amount of dust, dirt and dog hair this little guy picks up. My floors have never looked and felt so great! I have the mode set to detect the difference between hard floor and carpet, and he switches to extra suction automatically when on the rugs. There's no issue transitioning from hardwoods to rugs, and he backs up and gives himself a boost when needed to get over floor grates or to move onto slightly higher surfaces. The app is intuitive and super easy to use -- I'd mapped the house and created rooms in no time. And I can see where the vac is/has gone easily.

I debated whether to get a model with a self-emptying option and am glad I went with the basic option -- I love seeing just how much gunk and grit is picked up after each job (which is an absurd amount for a single person with one very-shedding dog). The roller brush and filter are easy to clean, and I appreciate that I can rinse and reuse the filter pieces (after they dry) instead of having to buy replacements. The battery life has been great, and I haven't had any issues with him not making it back to the base to recharge when needed (a common complaint I'd heard from friends was that their vac always seemed to die in the worst spots, like under the middle of the bed). I recently found the "x2" mode that sends the vac north-south through a room then again east-west when you need extra-thorough cleaning. I also like that I can create a "zone" in a room that I can the vac to for quick spot cleaning -- like the entry at the front door and in front of the stove and sink in the kitchen. The vac navigates around furniture like a champ, and maneuvers in gentle ways that clean as much surface as possible even when there's an obstacle. My couches are too low for him to glide under, so I tip them every couple of weeks or to give access to the floor underneath.

Bottom line: this vac is GREAT, totally worth the price, and you'll wonder how you ever lived without it!

I have had the Eufy L60 for about 2 weeks. All of my floors are tile. Originally I set eufy up in my master bedroom walk in closet on my 2.4g network. This closet has no doors. Eufy would get stuck in the adjacent bathroom and couldn't find its way back to the base. It also had difficulty going over my small, thin bathmats without either rolling them up or getting stuck. I relocated the robot to another bedroom and connected it to a 5g network. It now finds its way back to the base with no problems. As far as how well it vacuums the tile floors, it does the job but is nothing spectacular. Apparently the bin is fairly small because it returns to the base and and empties the bin a couple of times in its sweep of about 2000 sq ft. It works best with the app but I had a hard time figuring it out. . Also, it comes with a quick setup sheet but I had to go to the eufy site for more instructions. It is not as noisy as my 8 year old Rumba iRobot. I hope it lasts as long! What I love is the self emptying feature. ( I have one small dog and 3 cats )

This thing is great we have 2 super shedder dogs that blow their coats in the spring and running this every 12 hours has really kept the dog fur tumbleweeds to a minimum. We have always had issues keeping up with the fur output but it's taken care of now. The hair cutter also works great never any hair or fur wrapped around the bristles just the very ends need to be cleaned once a week or so,

The only cons I see are on max power the battery drains over 1% a minute if you have a larger house you will need to run the power lower or it will need to recharge in between rooms. The filter on the dustbin is also a little on the small side so it will require cleaning more often. Likewise the dust bags in the base are not huge so we nearly filled it in a week vs the advertised 60 days when the dogs were shedding this spring. The base is also loud, like industrial shop vac loud when emptying the robot.

With that said it still gets 5 stars from me, it cleans the tons of dog fur incredibly well, the app works good. It avoids everything it could get stuck/tangled in. Running it on the second highest suction it still cleans just as good and has 50% battery left when done as we have alot of hard floor. The self emptying works great just a little loud, the hair cutter works excellent and it goes at least a week without any intervention, 10 minutes of cleaning the robot a week for all the hours of vacuuming is a great trade.

Will be looking at the Eufy X10 Omni in the near future when we want a mopping robot!

Purchased this item on prime day to replace my iRobot Roomba. I did purchase the simplest model, no app or wifi connected, just a remote. But you don't not need any of that smart stuff! This robot Vacuum does a great job of cleaning our house, nice and quiet compared to the Roomba. Great succession. It makes it back to the base every time, my Roomba did 1/5 times. I have it programmed it to clean every day at 9am via the remote and like clock works it does. Battery lasts the whole cleaning cycle and then some.

This is a no brainer purchase for someone looking for a great valued robot vacuum.

 Our one bedroom apartment does become dirty very quickly having 2 cats and a dog. This little beauty cleans the hair and small particles left behind by our pets and us. It can maneuver in very tight spaces and it's AI is very intelligent and can detect the obstacles' and makes it path toward the open spaces. It is not noisy to the level that it will be uncomfortable. We cleaned the dirt bag with ease and then put it back it with just pushing it inside. The little comb that comes with it to brush off the dust and hair is very handy and nice touch.

I bought this to replace our old Roomba; we've relocated the Roomba to another floor of our house.
This robot vacuum is much more quiet, but unfortunately it also gets stuck under our couch.
I guess I'm going to have to add a piece of painted wood between the legs of our couch to prevent this robot from getting stuck every day :(

But the suction power is great and the remote control works really well.

I bought this vacuum after our old Deebot Robot Vacuum broke, and needed a new one that doesn't break the bank. (Warning, once you have a Robot Vacuum, you can't live without one anymore!)
This little guy is a fraction of the price of other, more "famous" brands (you know which one I mean), while providing impressive performance. You can adjust the suction power, and also choose the Auto Boost mode, where it increases the suction when it goes over carpets. We have a cat and the robot has no problem picking up fur and dirt from all surfaces.
The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is because the app could be improved. It works great for things like adding no-go zones and boundaries, but the function of dividing your map into different rooms is limited: it won't allow you to create rooms under a certain size, so I had to group my bathroom together with my hallway and group my kitchen with my dining area. Also, my apartment is oriented towards south-east, and so the floor plan map shows up on a 45 degree angle in the app, while the squares you draw up for zone cleaning only work in 90 degree angles. This is a bit complicated to explain if you don't see how the app works, but the bottom line is, the app works, it's just a bit clunky, and I hope they'll keep improving it!
