I loved the look of this case, I got the burgundy leather. It is different, sophisticated. However, the white rim around the screen is discoloring. It looks gray and dirty. I DO NOT like that and end up replacing this case before I intended. I have dropped my phone a couple times and this case does a pretty good job of protection, but the staining annoys me. .

There are many other cases which are better than this. That being said, if all you care about is slim/minimal, with good visual appeal, then by all means, go ahead! This might protect your device in a small drop, but other than the interesting design, it is pretty average. It’s pretty slim, but still has an ever so slight bezel, which makes it a step up from the really slim cases about there. Buttons were easy to press and all ports are accessible. It’s a great backup case, but should not be the primary one you use to protect a very expensive investment. Grip is okay, on the slippery side, but manageable. These are my own thoughts and in no way did the discount sway me in my opinions. I rate as though I had paid full price for the item, because cost factors into your overall happiness with a product, after all. I'm happy to answer any questions.
