    This is an ideal poolside/beach portable speaker. The IP rating gives you piece of mind that getting it wet will not ruin this. The sound does radiate outwards from this in a circular manner - not directional like most portables. The sound is decent, clear, but lacking in the bass department and overall volume, though I can't fault this too much due to its size. Battery life has been good, been running this for about 8h's for a few days and even at full volume it's lasted.
    Setup was easy, though I'm a bit perplexed on why this showed up as 2 devices, a speaker and a BLE device. I connected it to just the speaker, then to both and had no issues. The buttons on the top are a bit hard to see due to the speckled coloring, though easy to find by feel. I like the volume adjuster being a ring on the outside top, makes changing volume easy. The watertight compartment on the bottom seems a little silly. Not too much can be put in it due to its small size. Well, being that it's a Marley product I think we can all infer what COULD fit fine in it. ;?

    This is a nice looking speaker and feels very sturdy when we got it. However, after using it for a while now, I find that there are some connectivity issues here and there. Sometimes when the speaker starts, the sound is distorted and then it takes a lot of rebooting both the speaker, as well as the device it's connected to in order for it to work. The volume control is nice and you can just spin the top up/down for the volume to increase. The bluetooth is also very easy and quick to connect. The battery lasts a good couple of days for us. If it would connect better, then I would've definitely given it more stars as when it does work, the sound is pretty good and loud.

    The most important part: it sounds great. Good sound and volume relative it it's small size. It paired up easily on bluetooth (to an iphone) and was working in seconds. It's sharp - nice design, nice portability, waterproof is a plus. Includes a usb charging cord (but not converter). And it includes a carabineaner and loop in the back to attach it to for hanging it up.

    One negative is that the instruction font is so small as to be practically unreadable -- what should be a separate card with the quick start guide is instead a teany corner of a folded up page of mouse type including all the multi-language disclaimers et al. It's entirely possible that it has other features that I can't make out. In addition the pause/play, forward, back buttons on the top are pretty hidden as well, you have to sort of feel for them.A little non-user-centric on both of those items. But otherwise an excellent product for it's core functionality

Esteticamente e' molto bello quindi non lo immergerò mai in acqua e nemmeno lo coprirò di terra per testare se continua a funzionare. In alto ha bottoni per cambiare le canzoni, il volume invece si modifica ruotando la ghiera in alto: molto pratico e comodo. La parte audio non ha disatteso le mie aspettative, suona che e' una meraviglia. La connettività bluetooth mi ha molto stupito: raggio d'azione molto ampio in una casa grande e senza disconnessioni. La durata della batteria mi pare ottima, non ho contato il tempo preciso anche perche' dipendenti dall'utilizzo: una distanza magggiore comprta consumi maggiori, idem per il volume .. se poi si usa anche una scheda di memoriam anche quella deve essere alimentata. Viene fornito solo con un cavo usb per ricaricare la batteria..un cavetto audio non sarebbe dispiaciuto ma ne capisco la mancanza: è un dispositivo nato per un uso prevalentemente con bluetooth. Il cavo usb fornito è di classica fattura Marley, busto e ben fatto, inzomma una certezza. Unico appunto: il fondo e' in sughero e si svita. Lì ha un alloggiamento, non ho ben capito per cosa: se per schede di memoria è perfetto, se invece è per metterci il cavetto di ricarica allora qua abbiamo un problema in quanto lo spazio a disposizione e' estremamente risicato ed il cavo ci puo' stare dopo un numero molto alto di tentativi tutti andati a vuoto. Consiglierei questo prodotto?? Certo che sì!
