4.0 out of 5 stars One of the best Android phones I've ever used
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on July 31, 2015
I was really on the verge of rating 5 stars because the phone is just brilliant, except for the battery life(blame the 2300 mAh battery). The Android OS is nearly untouched(very good) and the software added by Motorola is actually useful, so if like me you value a pure Android experience with no bloatware then this is the phone for you. Moto Assist will become your best friend!! Hands free use, double wrist motion to launch the camera(twice again for the front facing one), Moto Display to save battery etc... To be honest this phone just exceeded my expectations

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Android phone I've used in recent years.

Vanilla android experience makes it running very fast and smooth. Camera is okay, better than I expected. However photo quality in low light is poor. 16g internal storage is enough if you back up all photos and videos to cloud services. Battery is not an issue for me since I'm not a heavy user. So all in all this is a great phone at a very reasonable price.

5.0 out of 5 stars My best phone yet!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on February 19, 2015
What a staggering phone!!! I am still learning how to use it fully, and find something new nearly every day. I had a Samsung Galaxy Note series 1 before, which was good, but the sound quality of this Moto, both on phone calls and announcements is far, far, superior. The other Galaxy problem is Samsung's policy of not updating the Android software after a fairly short interval. The build quality of the Moto X is excellent and the screen is first class. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I purchased a Noreve case for it from the manufacturers in St Tropez as Amazon did not have one on their site. Again, a first class product that protects the phone very well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great phone. Fantastic screen
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on February 4, 2015
Great phone. Fantastic screen, true blacks. Goes a little red-ish when the brightness is really low but that actually suits night time use. Leather back is great in hand. It's slowly getting marked and scratched as I'd hope it would. Nice worn leather look! :D
Motorola were also quite quick to update to Lolipop,
