Just what I wanted!
I did receive exactly what I paid for, an IPad Pro 9.7 with 256gb storage. The shipping was quite fast but the bubble mailer inside the box that contained my ipad was ripped open. Thankfully there was enough padding around the ipad to keep it safe. The IPad charges to 100% and does not lose batter fast, making it perfect for me to continue drawing and editing videos on it! I give this over all experience a 4/5 stars!

I had a couple issues and opted to handle it myself rather than contacting and working with the seller - the rating doesn’t necessarily reflect their customer service.
Shipping and delivery was extremely fast.
When the item arrived it had some cosmetic damage to one of the corners (probably visible by the arbitrary “arm length” rule) but the screen was perfect and the corner would be covered in the case that it would live in. Not a big deal.
The battery arrived with 12% life rather than the 80%. It also died within 10 minutes. I don’t believe this reflects lack of charging attempt by the seller as much as it does the condition of the battery itself.
I followed Apple troubleshooting for the battery. I updated the iOS.
The charger that arrived doesn’t have a brand and didn’t seem to charge well; I bought a new charger for $50 (which I had already planned on buying anyway) and the iPad charged but would still die within an hour when at 100%.
Today I brought it to the Apple Store to have them replace the battery. I explained that I had bought it on Amazon Renewed. They evaluated it and determined the battery was, in fact, junk. However, for $99 they were able to give me a brand new iPad (the same model).
Yes, this was a bit of a hassle but I’m sitting here with a brand new iPad Pro for $478.99
I can live with that.
