Disgusting
The first iten i bought was new, but didnt work so i returned it, i was sent a replacement, now that replacement was used first off, it was open, box was oily, inside it didnt even have the hard clear plastic that holds the buds to the box, then inside the box it was dusty, the worst thing was the earwax on one of the buds. Very disappointing, in the middle of covid I get a use item with earwax, i ordered a new one. Not the nasty thing i got. All Amazon offered was return the item and get my money back. Or keep the item, wow multi million dollar company and thats the solution, very poor job very very poor.
