It features intelligent SLC cache and a DRAM cache buffer to further increase read/write performance. With LDPC ECC and technologies such as high TBW (total bytes written) and DEVSLP (device sleep), the Ultimate SU800 instantly upgrades laptops and desktops with superior stability, durability and power efficiency. Additionally, users can download ADATA's in-house developed SSD toolbox and Migration Utility software for free to enjoy easy data management and migration. Next Generation 3D NAND FlashImplementing advanced 3D NAND Flash, the Ultimate SU800 features larger storage capacities, higher efficiency and robust reliability with better cost-performance ratios than ever. The Ultimate SU800 achieves read/write speeds of 560 MB/s and 520 MB/s to speed up computers. Wide capacity range and high TBW. Thanks to the flexibility of 3D NAND, we can offer the Ultimate SU800 in various capacities, ranging from 128 GB to 1 TB. You get more options for different needs, whether it's for an OS boot drive or a mass storage drive. All Ultimate SU800 models provide high TBW (Total Bytes Written), which means the number of times an SSD can write to its full capacity in a lifetime.
