Top-heavy laptop that makes up for it if you use need to use the screen detached as a tablet.
Top-heavy laptop that makes up for it when the screen is detached, and it can run detached for over 2 hours before needing to be attached again. In other words: most of the battery is in the base. Great, GREAT, drawing experience in tablet mode with the pen. There were many glitches with the laptop not sleeping with early firmware, so make sure to install all updates if buying new.I've used it on/off for almost a year (pre-ordered before release). I would recommend it, but very STRONG recommendation for those who use it at a desk 50% and meetings/travel the rest of the time, when you can disconnect the tablet from the base to take just the tablet to conference room for taking notes or responding to occasional urgent email during meetings.The *Windows Hello* feature that can sign you in via the camera is a big productivity boost.Windows 10 is turning into a great OS, especially when paired with this hardware. When the screen is attached the touch-screen features are VERY hard to use with this laptop because it is so top-heavy, it tips over EVERY time I touch it, which is why it's 4 stars instead of 5. Which means if you detach the tablet often and get used to using the touch screen (because there's no other way to navigate around while detached) you're then punished when attached and using the same gestures it tips over ever time. I'm starting to think this might be why Apple doesn't have any touch-enabled laptops: because it's so hard to do well with very thin and light laptop designs.
