I code a bad code and cant seem to get any help. We have tried multiple times to enter the digital code on the xbox store redeem code and tells me something went wrong! dont waste your money you wont get it back

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews, this was the easiest way to add Minecoins to my kid's Minecraft app without saving a payment method to his account. Once you purchase, the key code tells you precisely what to do to redeem. My kids play Minecraft on their ipads, so we opened the browser and typed in the website it told us to in the instructions, signed in, typed out the redeem code, and then opened the app and the coins were there instantly. Definitely easier than getting a Microsoft or Xbox gift card, and safer than adding a payment method to my kids account. 10/10, definitely recommend.
