    I returned because after charging for a whole day the phone kept turning itself completely off. Didn't even get to set it up.

    I returned stating this issue and was charged a restocking fee even though product was defective. I messaged the seller asking to refund restock fee. They said phone was tried out for a day and was not defective.

    I would have never returned had it worked. Ad said no restocking fee if defective. Now I'm out an extra 35.00 and still have no phone. Terrible customer service.

    This product is not play protect certified. Meaning that some apps such as Netflix would not work in this phone. This phone is not safe. Also, When I try to use the device on speaker people cannot hear me. If I return it, must probably they will send it to someone else. Even chipper phones work better that this. Navigation is a headache and menu bar is a problem. Do not waste your money!
