It’s great but
My only issue was it didn’t come wrapped in bubble wrap and no Razer serial number for warranty registration. It was open box but didn’t come with the original box. I asked before ordering if I would be able to register through Razer for the warranty and was told yes. Then when I received it and asked why there was no warranty info, I was told it was through them and that I can start the return process… not very helpful. How do I know this is a legitimate Razer product? I guess the positive is that it connected to synapse and it recognized the headset.Update:I ordered another headset and selected that it be packaged with Amazon’s packaging and when I did this, it was fully protected with bubble wrap and felt secure. Both headsets work. If you don’t mind forfeiting the Razer warranty due to it being open box (no box with no s/n) then I’d say go for it.
