Let's start with the good stuff: I love the look and the feel of the keyboard. The lighting is beautiful and high-tech. It looks like this device belongs on a space ship and makes any desk setup look cool. The touch of the keyboard is just what I wanted, and if I were rating it on touch alone, I would probably give this keyboard 5 stars.
The keyboard also has some really nice wireless features; for example, you can use the included 2.4gHz USB dongle for low-latency typing, or you can switch to use Bluetooth mode instead and pair with up to 3 devices. You can switch between which device is active using a fn + key shortcut combination.
Let's dig into the reasons why I didn't give this keyboard a good rating. First, there is no way to directly connect the USB cable to your computer and use it in wired mode. That alone is worth 1 star to me. If I'm paying this much for a piece of equipment, I want it to be versatile. The keyboard has a USB-C port which can be used for charging only.
Second, the Razer Synapse software is trash. I had to troubleshoot my devices for a while before I realized that simply shutting off Synapse would fix the bugs. It turns out Synapse has bugs that are not worked out. I experienced this on both Windows 10 and 11, and after reaching out to Razer support, they were unable to get me anywhere. I don't use the Synapse app now, except for configuration changes once in a while.
Third, the battery life is not as advertised. This thing will die for no good reason if you leave it unplugged for even a few hours. Don't consider this to be a fully wireless device, as you will want to have the power cable nearby. Before I owned this keyboard, I used a very old Logitech wireless keyboard that would survive months on 2 AA batteries, and this Razer keyboard can't survive a few hours even if you turn the LEDs off. So I am not impressed.
Fourth, even if you leave it plugged in 24/7 like I do, occasionally the keyboard will stop working. It annoyingly sleeps and doesn't respond to input until it's awake. My previous keyboard would take a moment to awaken, but then it would submit the keys you had pressed. This keyboard won't submit any keypresses until after it's awake. Sometimes it never wakes up, and you have to disconnect/reconnect the USB dongle or switch to Bluetooth mode. This is very annoying when you come back from reading an article, for example, and you try to type something, and it is asleep.
All in all, I'm very disappointed by Razer after this purchase. I thought I was getting their top-tier input device in this category, but I will not trust them with my next purchase and I will likely be finding a different mechanical keyboard, potentially one that has a cable—all this hassle is definitely not worth it.
Unfortunately this thing is garbage. I kept using it because it does feel pretty nice and it was expensive, but there were many irritating "features" other than the loud keys. Bluetooth is spotty, when using Bluetooth you can't wake your computer with a keypress, wireless is the >only< option, i.e. you can't use this as a USB keyboard, and it's remarkably hard to keep clean (white looks gross quickly). And now, just 10 months later it's broken completely. "a" key and arrow keys keep getting stuck "on" and the only way to fix it is to completely disconnect/reconnect Bluetooth. 2.4ghz only supports one target.
There are other keyboards that have none of these issues. Go buy those.
=========
Very loud and definitely not wireless. The battery barely gets through one programmer's workday, so you'll need to keep it plugged in and charging constantly. That's actually OK with me because most keyboards are wired anyway, so whatever. But this keyboard is LOUD LOUD LOUD!!! I measured the sound levels while typing this review and while typing it averaged about 80db! That's about as loud as heavy traffic, window air conditioner, noisy restaurant, power lawn mower.... LOUD. The only reason I haven't returned it yet is that it feels really good to type on, and it looks great. The switches have great motion and the all white backlight with silver design is quite nice. But I probably will have to return it if only for the noise.

Pros:
• Support More than one bluetooth device (3 Bluetooth)
• Support legacy USB device wit a small dongle (Dongle is provided)
• Easy to clean
• Lighted
• A lot quieter than other Mechanical keyboard.
• USB-C Charge (Cable Supplied)
Cons:
• No software Mac Support (See Below)
• Some Keys are Reversed and media keys are in weird spots (See below)
• Has a windows Logo
• Takes some time to come back online if you run out of batteries.
• Usb plug is just for charging, does not make it a USB keyboard.
You can fix all of the following issues with Karabiner Elements on a Mac
• Media Keys requires to press Fn to be working
• Switch Alt and Windows key so the Alt keys, near the spacebar are command key and the Windows key + Application Key becomes Alt keys
• revert Fn+fkey to actually presse the Fkey on media keys.
Battery life seems pretty good. You have to check using the power led, as no SW is provided.
I recommend, but I would have paid more (!) for a Mac version of it.
Verdict: Awesome buy and worth.

Verdict: Awesome buy and worth.
Pros
- tactile keys that feel like MX browns
- excellent build quality
- can connect up to 4 devices (3 BT and 1 on the dongle)
- pretty thin (although this impacts the battery life)
- connects fast on my system, 2.4 never disconnects
- USB type c
- PBT double-shot keycaps
- Programmable keys
* Battery life is less than 12 hours when on 2.4 and all lights fully on
* Around 70-80 hrs of use when lights turned off
Cons
- Battery life for people who want to use the lights
- can't be used plugged in (You are still connected via BT or 2.4)
- synapse is buggy sometimes
- no onboard memory for different keybinds
- only comes in one color - white
Overall during gaming sessions, the connection remains strong and I see no significant difference between this and my huntsman wired keyboard. There haven't been significant issues yet for me and this keyboard has been awesome for my use. It ticks off my checklist (wireless, mechanical, full-size keyboard, multiple connections, PBT double-shot keycaps) I feel after testing numerous other wireless keyboards, this is the best one I found for the price (Logitech G915 is awesome but really expensive). The tactile switches offer a great typing experience although this is up to preference. The sound and feel are most similar to cherry mx browns. The build quality is awesome, and I feel this is a great purchase although reading through other comments, Razer's quality control seems really inconsistent.
Note: Once you plug in the dongle, it automatically downloads Synapse.
TL:DR: excellent keyboard for wireless productivity.
