I got this product for my wife and received it a few weeks before Christmas. I checked the box it came in and it had no signs of damage. I guess I should have checked the actual Dutch oven it's self because it was cracked through the cast iron. I didn't open and look at the product it's self I wanted my wife to be the first one to see it (guess that's my fault). Because we didn't notice it until after my wife opened it a week or so after I received the oder I can't return it. I'm upset. I spent over four hundred dollars thinking I would get a product that would last a life time. I realize that these things happen but that was qlot of money to me. I just wanted to get my wife somthing beautiful.

Ho acquisito questa pentola per poter preparare pietanze come arrosti, brasati, carni in umido e così via.
La utilizzo su un piano ad induzione e devo ammettere che il calore si distribuisce uniformemte su tutte le sue superfici, la temperatura al suo interno rimane pressoché costante e quindi è possibile effettuare cotture a lunga durata.
L'ho utilizzata anche a Natale per preparare il tacchino, dopo averlo per sigillato sul piano ad induzione, ho riposto la casseruola all'interno del forno, dove è continuata la cottura, al termine del quale ho posizionato la pentola in centro tavola, fa sempre il suo effetto.
Prezzo sicuramente alto, ma ne vale la pena.
Punti da considerare: la casseruola essendo in ghisa è molto pesante da maneggiare, e viste le dimensioni e i suoi materiali necessità di essere lavata a mano.
