1.0 out of 5 starsDon't order Logitech Circle 2 until they get their suppy chain issues resolved

The Circle 2 Accessory Window Mount is missing the USB power adapter. I have contacted Logitech support ticket 1911144 so we will see how quickly they will respond and then adjust my feedback accordingly.
For the rest of the package, very easy setup. Impressed with the WiFi range still working on learning (experimenting with) motion alert sensitivity settings.
Follow-up: I did receive the missing USB adapter but when I went to order the rest of the system I had issues.
I ordered Logitech Circle 2 Combo Pack: 2 Indoor/Outdoor Wired Home Security Cameras & 1 Window Mount to test out the Logitech product. I got the packet (missing one USB converter) and proceeded to mount one camera to test it. The camera worked great. Some issues with Wifi range, but I was asking a lot from the distance. I opened a ticket with Logitech to get the missing USB converter and it eventually came.
I went to order 4 more wiremount cameras (amazon) and there were none available. I looked at other suppliers and none were available. I decided to call Logitech to check on when supply would be available. I was pleased with the quality of the picture and alerts with this camera, the reviews are good, and suspected they might be having supply chain issues—patients are a virtue. While waiting for the next available Logitech rep, I checked amazon and amazingly stock was available. I could only order 3 and they went up about 50 bucks a pop but I decided to go ahead and complete my system with three cameras now and pick up the last one later. I placed the order.
After moving the expected ship date a few times, the 3 cameras shipped. Of the three cameras I got, only one in an unopened factory box. Two of the boxes had previously been opened, the boxes ripped or worn and taped shut. I opened and mounted the camera in the new box. It worked fine. (Circle 2 is very easy to set up!) I documented the opened condition of the other two boxes, but the camera in the second box had issues. I didn’t attempt to set up the third and became concerned about getting not-new equipment. I decided to ask amazon for replacements for the two opened boxes because obviously I got refurbished equipment and not new stuff.
Amazon could not replace the cameras. All they could do was refund—which left me with half a system, well, less than half a system. So, I decided to return it all. Now I have to get on the ladder and uninstall the cameras I’ve installed, send it back before I get my money back (about $800.00). And start all over choosing another camera system. Thank heavens I didn’t pay for premium web Logitech web service yet! I am very disappointed in Logitech. I have completed two orders with them and got missing, broken or the wrong stuff in both orders.
